The OMG smoothie was very good! It was full of flavor, and I was able to substitute apple for banana, and it was perfect. The prices are a little steep ($8.75) for a regular (see pic)add $1 for a large (10.33) total, but it's downtown Farmington, so it's expected. I would suggest a rewards program for more customer support. I tried the new Chicken Cesar Wrap, and it was pretty tasty. The only CON was it was slightly dry on the inside; it needed more dressing or juicier chicken. There's only one young lady working, and she's very efficient but during lunch she needs assistance. I spent a total of $19 for regular smoothie & wrap.

Very unprofessional staff when it’s about to pick up orders for third-party companies. Almost every single time they told me “we just got it or the system doesn’t notify us.”. They supposed to do better job because customers I are waiting and Drivers inot supposed to wait 10-15 minutes for the food to be made.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I come here very often for a smoothie and today I got the watermelon smoothie and it was very watered down, literally had no taste. There was 2 ladies working at the time when I nicely asked her if she can remake the smoothie, one of the workers apologized and said she will remake it, the other worker said no I have to I have to buy another one. The young lady that told me yes said she apologized and that she will remake it.. so I trashed the smoothie. Told her thank you and I will step outside until it’s done. I came back in 5 minutes later and both of the workers stated they contacted the owner and stated unfortunately there’s no refunds and they cannot make another smoothie. Remind you this smoothie was $11 for a size medium. I’ve been supporting this small smoothie shop for the last year & a half. Will not be returning to this establishment again.

I'm sure the food is great, but when i walked by today, the owner was yelling at some girl in the parking lot. I dont know what they were going on, seemed petty, but not a business that seems respectable.

Juices are always good and on point. I dont mind spending money on good food. But the service is rocky. Seems like alot of the comments feel the same way. I want to see small businesses succeed. I think if they were more friendly that place would rock. But other than that i enjoy this place 😁
The owner is very rude, not only to customer but to her employees as well, wouldn’t recommend 🤷🏽♀️
Loved the #OMG smoothie. So delicious. Very nice and clean establishment. Wait time was not long at all and the staff was friendly. I will be back soon!
Good breakfast wrap, but extremely long wait time. The woman working here prepared the wrap well, but flirted with a man for fifteen minutes. We sat there like chumps waiting thirty minutes for a breakfast wrap with five ingredients.
Unbelievably slow wait time. Woman working behind the counter was unfriendly and rude, giving more attention to the male customer hitting on her. Would not recommend.
Well, of course, they would take care of themselves, and the delivery guys, who would think, you make one drink for 30 minutes, make the delivery guy wait, and the Client pays the delivery guy 5-6 dollars for this order. Do you think that because of you the delivery guy should earn 5-6 dollars an hour, do you think that's normal?
In other establishments there is a line of 100 people and each person is served in 3 minutes. Your establishment is always empty. It takes you 40 minutes to make one cocktail.

Horrible rude staff, will never go back
Ordered through door dash for company lunch on 11/12 at 11:00am and spent a total of $106. In the Kale Me Krazy Salad description, it does not include chicken. However, under this salad, it says, "Extra Chicken", Extra Avocado", etc. so I clicked that option. After the order was completed and sent in, a few moments later, an unnoticed number popped up, an 1800 number, which was someone from SIPP. It had also called moments prior, but it was accidentally missed. The lady on the other end, in an aggressive, demeaning tone, asked what we meant by extra chicken, where it was going, and why I didn't put it in the special instructions box. I tried to explain to her that the option that was only available under that menu item was "extra chicken" and I didn't put it under the special instructions because I wanted to pay for it. She became combative and kept repeating the question, so I kept reiterating my answer. I told her she could simply put the chicken and avocado in a side dish, and I could take care of it when it arrived. Then she went on to say that it was rude not to answer the phone the first time, that I was being rude by my answers. I'm baffled. We love supporting small businesses within our city and the food is good. But we also expect to be treated kindly as customers. After reading many reviews for this establishment, it is clear there is a customer service issue. However, reading the responses to the feedback from SIPP, the establishment takes 0 accountability.

This is a super cute establishment; however, I did not feel welcomed. I was not met with a smile and it continued. It almost seemed as if the young lady did not want to be there. The other young lady, who came from the back, was more pleasant, but it still was lackluster. The smoothie was not overpriced and decent. I hope when I return the customer service will be better as I enjoy supporting minority owned businesses and want them to stay around.
