The location is good I go here often friendly staff I easily spend &200 a month get the same drink and bakery item every time no issue. Today the employee says she can’t put the cold foam on the side. I’ve been getting it on the side 2-4 times a week now here at this location no issue. I explain this to her and she still refuses. Annoyed I leave and go to the one down the street. They do it no issue and say this employee must’ve been feeling lazy or in a bad mood. Not a good look. Lady had blonde hair . All the other employees do it, she’s the only Karen who refuses to. She’s costing this location business, I will be going to the other one whenever I see her face.

Asked for 2 cups of water with my order and they laughed and acted like I asked for the moon. Then took a long time to get it.

This location is our home-base. The Baristas are sooo amazing! Jody, Azelle, Miskah, Bex, Anna, Jess, Eon, Alex and all of the crew are simply amazing. I had a special request for Jody this morning from my hubby, and w/o hesitation, she fulfilled it with no questions asked. Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service! Team, we are grateful for all of you and the many, many, many drinks that you've prepared to further jumpstart our day. May God continue to bless you and the work of your hands!

The baristas are super rude here. My drink is made wrong more often than right- I truly don’t think the baristas don’t even read the sticker other than the top line listing what the drink is. My drink order was a latte “no foam, with whip” which was not followed. When I kindly asked the barista if they could scoop the foam off the top and add the whip, they took it back and remade it. Great. But when handing it back, they wouldn’t even make eye contact. And when I said “thank you so much, I really appreciate it!” They didn’t even acknowledge or look at me- just walked away. I worked at Starbucks for 3 years and would never dream of treating someone so rudely. I will not be coming back- this is standard behavior at this location. I’m not paying $6 for a small drink that’s made incorrectly and served with an attitude.

Nice cozy Starbucks right in Downtown Farmington. The vibe's warm and relaxed. The place was clean and well-kept.

Service was okay, not the fastest, but friendly enough. The ambience felt good overall, with soft lighting and a comfortable setup. A solid spot to grab coffee or chill for a bit in downtown Farmington.

This is one of the most disappointing Starbucks I’ve been too
I recently moved to Farmington and have gone 3 times and they don’t know how to make a simple 2 ingredient cold brew .. the coffee is so watered down and they give no cold foam - there’s literally lines for everything on the cup which makes it worse for me to get such watery poor coffee. On top of that one of the managers there is beyond rude not just to customers but her own employees… she’s so snappy and clearly doesn’t like working with or for people- some employees are super nice and friendly I just wish they knew how to make a cold brew and I feel bad they have to deal with her and her attitude :/

I was with 6 people it I ordered a pink drink and it came out sour and salty They were so rude they didn’t say the order or the name so we didn’t know it was ours.

We had 4 people with us the milk was chunky, it tasted sour, they took forever and they messed up all of the orders

This is the Starbucks I go to the most and my orders are always quickly and precisely served. The employees are usually nice whenever I go. Also, the bathroom sinks are pretty advanced and include soap, water, and air (for drying) built within the faucet.

There is a girl with pink hair that is making the drinks. She was very rude to me when I was just picking up a DoorDash order. She told me.. well we don’t have the order so I don’t know what you’re going to do, when I was trying to show her the name she was like well I don’t know and walked away…. She should not work in a public place with an attitude like that. She needs to be taught Customer Service. She’s very unprofessional

Looks nice inside, but they water their coffee down to increase profits or something. Coffee shouldn’t taste like tea.
