New look, same terrible service. I must be a glutton for disappointment because I keep coming back to this Starbucks hoping that my drink order will be correct - and yet, 9 out 10 times it’s either missing cold foam, sweet cream, or a different syrup. I’ve heard that this Starbucks is a “training” store and that’s why the orders are inconsistent, but it’s just ridiculous how no training seems to take effect. And what’s more frustrating is that I’ve noticed it’s the same baristas who make the same mistakes every time. I come to this store only for convenience, but it’s time for me to go to Apothecary around the corner from now on. This store stains the good name of Starbucks.

How does Starbucks not have coffee to sell? (2nd of 3 locations I tried to find coffee)In the recently "remodeled" store there was one basket with maybe 10 bags of coffee (none of the variety I was looking for). Seems like this location is seeking to be more restaurant than coffee house.

Although I didn't get anything this time, my friend did and his order was made quickly and correctly. They have a beautiful seating area and downtown Farmington is beautiful. This is just one of the many coffee shops in downtown Farmington.

They’ve revamped their entire store, now with more seating and nicer atmosphere. I’m glad because our cafes are always filled, and they’re nice to rotate in when the others have no seating.

They are ALWAYS out of essential ingredients. I ordered a dragon fruit drink and received a drink with no dragon fruit but charged the same. Every time I take my daughter she orders a cookie crumble late and informed after paying they are out of cookie crumble. Wow! Hopefully they get new management soon that knows how to properly order for this location!

The Manger John tried to belittle me and attacked me and was constantly harrasing me , I believe it was because I am a African-American female. I made an order the cashier made a mistake and i had no issue paying the difference however he was rude about the interaction. The other staff was polite however to have a manager that is nasty and rude to customers is so disrespectful, he kept spewing that I personally was affecting starbucks bottom line!!! I am not in charge of starbucks budget plans and its so rude to treat customers in this manner. He needs to take some more leadership courses . He truly made my interaction at this store bad.

Barista took 15 minutes for a pour over because she forgot my order. Extremely slow night 2 customers besides myself.Above was talking to other employees and barking like a dog.

I really have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I just haven't had one good experience where something wasn't wrong (they've given me the wrong sandwich, drink was missing foam, not filled, etc). I can't speak for the atmosphere or service of the employees as I only have gotten this Starbucks through Door Dash, however the order isn't always correct and when it is I feel completely ripped off because they don't fill the cup all the way. It is so overpriced on Door Dash to begin with so I expect to get what I'm paying for. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. I would rather go to Target for that Starbucks even though I have to physically go in and order. I paid $13 for this and it should not be this low.The first photo is how it came delivered, the second one was after I mixed it around to really see how it all settled. This is the norm here and I feel ripped off

(Nov. 18, 2023: Quick to correct any errors + above and beyond, thanks John!)Very clean, friendly staff, cozy space, great coffee.I personally love their Hot Applecrisp Oatmilk Macchiato and their Iced Matcha Latte with coconut milk substitution.It's also fun to ask the baristas for their favorite drink and try somethin new!They certainly know their way around the drink options and finding you your new favorites!

Unfortunately the worst location of Starbucks I've been to. Staff is nice enough, location itself is lovely -- downtown Farmington, where I grew up, is great for walk-ability, but it ends there.Service is beyond slow each time I've been there. Bathroom is dirty. I get the same drink every time I'm in a Starbucks (chai tea latte, just varies if I get it iced or not), and magically it tastes different every single time.

Having to stand at the counter while two different employees notice me, no one says anything and still I have to wait for someone to take my order after 5 minutes is unacceptable.

This is a busy location, I get it. But when a drink is made incorrectly, they just stare at you and don’t attempt to fix the problem. I just ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk, waiting quite a while for it, received the drink that I saw her make with 2% milk and I politely told her I did ask for oat milk. She responded, oh, sorry, and then carried on making other people’s drinks. I figured that she would get around to remaking mine but after another 10 minutes of waiting, nothing. When I asked again if they’re remaking it, she just says oh no, you’ll have to just go over there and ask. So you’re going to let me just stand here waiting and not direct me on what I need to do to get what I paid for? The whole process took over 20 minutes and I didn’t get the coffee I asked for in the end. I’m in foodservice, it’s hard. But this location needs to work on their customer service.
