Such a great thing when everything comes together in wonderful harmony! Taques is one of those gifts! The atmosphere and the aesthetics are so cool! Relaxing, vibey, colorful, fun and the room just dances along with the food and drinks! They will have an outdoor area to dine as well when the warmer weather comes around. The service is friendly, inviting, welcoming and they help to make the experience even better! As good as that is, the food is the star of the show! Everything was delicious! From the steak alambres, to the tempura shrimp tacos, my gosh, so good! The tempura shrimp tacos will be on repeat! We also had enchiladas and the birria tacos and it was all mouth watering and satisfying! They have house made salsas, great chips and the queso chorizo dip did what it was supposed to do! There are so many items I will be coming back to try! Such a pretty place with great food and lovely, fun vibe! See ya soon!

4 of us went to dine in and the ambiance was good although we got a table near the bar. Sopes were really good and the desert churos was really good. The entrees were average tasting. What we did not like about the place is that the service was not so good and gratuity was automatically added for 4 of us and it was 20%. We have only seen gratuity being added for 6 people and above.

Taques is the type of place I seek when I say I'm looking for real Mexican food. It's prepared very solidly. You will find the tangy and spicy flavors you're seeking as well as the Smokey and grilled/charred flavors you crave out of Mexican food. They are a complete appetizer to dessert experience. No cutting corners or watering down what your expectations are. The vibe and decor is also amazing, you briefly feel like you're in another world while you dine in a high energy yet immersive environment.

Loved this place! When you walk in, the decor catches your eyes right away. Beautiful different colors, lighting and artwork. We ordered the house margarita and spicy margarita to start which were both delicious. They bring you out chips and salsa to start as well. This starting salsa is not spicy and very tomato based. We ordered the guacamole which was really cutely plated and perfectly seasoned. For the entrees we had the chicken flautas and tampiquena which were both very good. The meat was so tender and well seasoned. I got a second drink, the carajillo, which was my favorite. It is an espresso based drink with hints of orange. Lastly, we got the churros for dessert which were the perfect mix of sweet, crunchy, and creamy with the caramel filling and ice cream. Everyone there was very sweet and the service was efficient. Will go back soon.

My friends and I decided to try a new Mexican restaurant in our area. When walking in the decor was beautiful I wish I was able to take more photos. The music, however playing in the restaurant was odd for a Mexican restaurant. Our waitress was very nice and was able to suggest a few items off the menu. The food was very flavorful. The margaritas were very very good and the flaming shot was very interesting but good nonetheless.

Best Mexican in the area. We moved from Arizona last year and have had a really hard time finding Mexican that is even close to as good as what is commonly available in AZ. Taques finally meets our standards and is just the right amount of authentic for this area. The food is delicious and very flavorful without being spicy or overbearing. Even their house salsa is a major step above other places we’ve tried in this area! We are so grateful to have found a Mexican restaurant worth eating at!

Got stood up by my date, but the restaurant staff did not try to pressure me to order while I was waiting (30 minutes on St. Patty's weekend dinner time). Ordered a Chile Relleno to go, which was delicious. The server (Jake) packed in some chips and salsa with my meal, probably since I wasn't having the best evening. But I appreciated that gesture and it made me feel better, like someone was rooting for me to have a nice evening. I'll probably be coming back here to try their other vegetarian options in the future.Vegetarian options: I had the Chile Relleno. It was delicious. Generous portions.

I absolutely love the interior decor. It looks like a garden terrace in space. The food was excellent, and I can't wait to go back!

This is a hidden gem in Farmington. Nice ambiance, food and drinks (although drinks are on the pricey side). Will definitely return.

Food was not bad but could have used a bit more punch, worth a visit.

Our first time trying this place based on fellow Yelpers. The restaurant is a very cute and quant place. Our food and drinks were delicious! The salsa and ceviche were fresh with great flavors. We ordered the street tacos; 2 chicken and 2 asada. My husband and I shared one order and it was plenty for both of us. We will be back.

Great food and service. Fun drinks and the Al pastor quesadilla is amazing! The pineapple pico de gallo puts it over the top. Great restaurant!
