I get their parfait bowls with yogurt quite frequently. This location has always made it right and to my specifications! In all reality I’ve had some negative experiences at other locations but this one really does well! I usually get delivery and in person but even when I go in I get treated well!

We just ordered a smoothie at 4:56pm today. The young lady who cashed us out and took our order (septum piercing and curly black hair) had a rude demeanor, didn’t smile and never said please, thank you or have a good day. Then, the young lady who handed us our smoothie (blonde hair tied back), also never smiled, or said thank you, or have a good day…she just said “here you go” and had a pissed off look on her face. This was a drive thru order and I didn’t do anything on my end to warrant such rudeness. Maybe the employees need to take a class on basic manners/humanism. It was disappointing for my child to see such a bad example of human interaction in customer service.

I STRONGLY dislike this tropical smoothie location so much. You can just tell the upper management is a mess. Honestly I’d drive the extra minutes to another one, it isnt worth the hassle and the headache. It’s like you’re invisible when you pull up to the drive through.

I’ve been to this location a few times now and each time I’m just not impressed unfortunately. I love tropical smoothie but I don’t think I’ll be going to this location anymore. The wait times are sometimes insanely long, and I’ve noticed the smoothies are very inconsistent(some days it’s great and other days it’s not), today I ordered 3 smoothies and each one is very watered down, and the peanut butter one doesn’t taste like it has any peanut butter in it and for the price of these I’d just like to have a consistent flavored smoothie. I’d love to support the local branch but I keep hoping things changed and they so far have not.

I have Doordashed the cafe multiple times because I have been feeling not so well and I just wanted something smooth and cold that wasn't a hassle to eat. I love this place! The smoothies are absolutely delicious. They are not sugary at all but the flavors are very nice. And they are huge! I was so pleased they don't give you a little skimpy smoothie like some places. The thickness is just right if you stir it up a little after you get it. I also tried a berry bowl with greek yogurt and my gosh that was fantastic. It's like fruit, honey, and granola on Chobani greek yogurt and that was super good. All the fruit has been really fresh and flavorful. I do like the granola they use. I don't find it high in price for the value. The yogurt bowl was bulky and plenty full to eat it in two trips. My thoughts are I probably need another smoothie in the morning. Ha ha I'm hooked.

Drove 10 min there on my lunch at school now I'm not gonna be able to eat because they don't take $50 for there $20 dollar smoothie is crazy as hell. I'll never even go to any other tropical smoothie again. I'll just make my own at home and save a tone of money anyways. Thanks but no thanks.

Everytime l order a quesadilla they forget the roasted tomato sauce that's supposed to come with it, even if I pay for extra they still somehow forget to add the sauce yet they remember to put napkins under my quesadilla inside the box.

I went for breakfast. The food was ok but they do not serve coffee. Also they have a weird credit card scanner they hand out of the window that is so difficult to use that I likely will not return. The staff did not seem happy to be there which tells me that they likely are not treated well by management.

Can't go wrong with tropical smoothie..unless you get the edible straw that's nasty don't do it. I warned you. Their foods so good and always hot when I pick up. Smoothie has never been melted.

First I told the young lady what i wanted she stated door dash is behind you it should be there. I stated I'm not door dash nor did I say I was. Then I again tried to place my order and was asked did I have the app to redeem my free smoothie or bowl through t mobile. I said no and downloaded it. The original girl asked again what I wanted and needed to check if it was free lol after her inspection she said ok go ahead. No thank you how are you have a good day nothing she just turned around. A young man from the back came out he was was polite a the young lady who handed my bowl. Customer service should be worked on.
