Everytime l order a quesadilla they forget the roasted tomato sauce that's supposed to come with it, even if I pay for extra they still somehow forget to add the sauce yet they remember to put napkins under my quesadilla inside the box.

I went for breakfast. The food was ok but they do not serve coffee. Also they have a weird credit card scanner they hand out of the window that is so difficult to use that I likely will not return. The staff did not seem happy to be there which tells me that they likely are not treated well by management.

Can't go wrong with tropical smoothie..unless you get the edible straw that's nasty don't do it. I warned you. Their foods so good and always hot when I pick up. Smoothie has never been melted.

First I told the young lady what i wanted she stated door dash is behind you it should be there. I stated I'm not door dash nor did I say I was. Then I again tried to place my order and was asked did I have the app to redeem my free smoothie or bowl through t mobile. I said no and downloaded it. The original girl asked again what I wanted and needed to check if it was free lol after her inspection she said ok go ahead. No thank you how are you have a good day nothing she just turned around. A young man from the back came out he was was polite a the young lady who handed my bowl. Customer service should be worked on.

Went here for a veggie hummus wrap approximately 4:30 on a Sunday June 2nd get in my work truck open up my food it's chicken on a veggie hummus wrap with no ranch went back in proceeded to get a refund but a gentleman in there decided to remake it for me which was cool then I leave and get down the street and open up my food and it's ranch on there a whole meal just went to waste of 15 bucks plus tip I wasted my time in my money like down a drain whole meal 2nd time it happen to me and the girl in her sad well chicken comes on a veggie hummus wrap I just left it at that

I love Tropical Smoothie and the Green Detox smoothie is my favorite. This one is absolutely the BEST Tropical Smoothie I have ever been too. The drive thru personnel are amazing. I have never had anything but top notch service. So friendly! Keep up the good work

I ordered a Sunrise Sunset and they put peanut butter in my drink when it doesn't even come with peanut butter in it.

What if i was allergic to peanut butter?
Please train your workers more carefully because someone could've been in the hospital over something that could've been avoided.

I had the chicken pesto flatbread wrap which was reallly good and loaded with chicken and flavor, the cashier explained to me what pesto was and it sounded good. Then I got the Blueberry smoothie and the sweet potato side dish. My smoothie was very good and larger then expected! The sweet potato side dish was the only disappointment, I thought they would be crispier and they were mushy although had a good taste, I ate 2 but have decided I will save and put in my air frier tonight! That will fix them! The gentleman working delivered my food with a smile and answered my wifi question. It was nice that I am able to just hop on wifi. I did not pick the greatest spot to sit. I wanted to be able to see the entire restaurant and not have my back to the door. Well I sat close to where the drive thru window was - but did not realize this when I sat down so I was chilly the entire time and it was quite loud. That is my fault for picking that spot. It is a loud place though because of the blenders and the pounding so if you want a quiet work environment this is not the place to go. If you are just cleaning up emails and glancing at bills and stuff online or grabbing a quick smoothie this IS the place to go. You cant sit here very long, Maybe 40 minutes tops because the chairs are VERY uncomfortable. They are metal. I had planned to be here about 2 hours and am going on the 70 minute mark and I have to leave because my bottom is killing me. LOL. Either that or bring a little cushion. HAHA. My smoothie has lasted this entire time, so that is great! Nobody has bothered me. The bathrooms were even clean and well stocked. The staff here seems young and they are doing a great job. I have never been a big huge fan of Tropical Smoothie. This is the first time into this location and I will be back to THIS location. I had a $8 coupon and it was really a great deal for the meal I got, it was almost a 40% off savings! I love deals like that! Typically coupons are 1.00 off or 10% off. So this $8 meal deal was really a lot of bang for your buck, I hope they continue with it. Thanks!
