I had the chicken pesto flatbread wrap which was reallly good and loaded with chicken and flavor, the cashier explained to me what pesto was and it sounded good. Then I got the Blueberry smoothie and the sweet potato side dish. My smoothie was very good and larger then expected! The sweet potato side dish was the only disappointment, I thought they would be crispier and they were mushy although had a good taste, I ate 2 but have decided I will save and put in my air frier tonight! That will fix them! The gentleman working delivered my food with a smile and answered my wifi question. It was nice that I am able to just hop on wifi. I did not pick the greatest spot to sit. I wanted to be able to see the entire restaurant and not have my back to the door. Well I sat close to where the drive thru window was - but did not realize this when I sat down so I was chilly the entire time and it was quite loud. That is my fault for picking that spot. It is a loud place though because of the blenders and the pounding so if you want a quiet work environment this is not the place to go. If you are just cleaning up emails and glancing at bills and stuff online or grabbing a quick smoothie this IS the place to go. You cant sit here very long, Maybe 40 minutes tops because the chairs are VERY uncomfortable. They are metal. I had planned to be here about 2 hours and am going on the 70 minute mark and I have to leave because my bottom is killing me. LOL. Either that or bring a little cushion. HAHA. My smoothie has lasted this entire time, so that is great! Nobody has bothered me. The bathrooms were even clean and well stocked. The staff here seems young and they are doing a great job. I have never been a big huge fan of Tropical Smoothie. This is the first time into this location and I will be back to THIS location. I had a $8 coupon and it was really a great deal for the meal I got, it was almost a 40% off savings! I love deals like that! Typically coupons are 1.00 off or 10% off. So this $8 meal deal was really a lot of bang for your buck, I hope they continue with it. Thanks!Parking: you can pull right up.

I ordered a Sunrise Sunset and they put peanut butter in my drink when it doesn't even come with peanut butter in it.What if i was allergic to peanut butter?Please train your workers more carefully because someone could've been in the hospital over something that could've been avoided.

The customer service is awful. They were extremely rude. They didn't follow the simple substitution and were so rude at the window. With all these poor reviews not sure why nothing is changing.

Ordered online, waited 10 min at resturant. Finally asked what I'm waiting on as they are slow. They don't have my order, need a manager who pulls my order up fine. They will need to make it someone must have taken receipt. That's untrue, I was at resturant before order was ready my order was never made. Now I'm late for work. If I wanted to order at the restaurant and wait I would not have ordered online. Complete waste of time and no accountability for their error

Their smoothies are super good would totally recommend. Their service is good and it won't be long time to get your smoothie. And the place looks really nice inside. Would totally recommend. I found a hair in my smoothie though or maybe it's a part of the smoothie.

This is the worst tropical smoothie I have ever been to. Today is 3rd time and it's the last time I will have a bad experience at this location. Because I won't be back. Stephanie is beyond rude and unprofessional. She literally threw my farmington falcon discount card on the counter,because her co-worker ask for her help to put the 10% off discount on my $45 order. She had a big attitude about it and threw the discount card on the counter instead of handing it back to me. I have never experienced such horrible customer service on 3 different occasions at that.

06/08/23 745pm. I ordered 2 chicken 3 cheese quesadillas and a Jr jetty punch. Got my order left, find out later... I didn't get the sauce. I call them and they apologized and fixed my order. It was good business the way they addressed everything. Thank you.

Location is near and clean. However the customer servicing message continues to be same echoed in many reviews. As a frequent customer, Megan is one of the few that offers great customer service and attempts to drive the business forward. The smoothies also seem much less flavorful compared to others probably due to heavy ice usage.
