Today, March 20, 2025, I had my best drive-through experience ever at a Wendy’s. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name, but I’m sure if the store manager reads this review they will know exactly who I am talking about. Today was a rough day, trying to urge the city to take serious a safety issue outside of a middle school. Tired and exhausted. I pulled up to the Wendy’s drive-through microphone. It was greeted by an extremely pleasant and joyful voice. I’m sure the employee could hear my exhaustion as I asked if they had any potatoes left and that if they did, I would like two of them. The employee took a moment to check And then cheerfully told me there were two with my name on them. As I continued my order the employee exuded so much joy and pleasantness that it made me happy just to be there. When I pulled up to pay, I was greeted with a huge smile and lots of positivity. I returned about 15 minutes later to the lobby to get something additional and the employee recognized me and greeted me with their joyous attitude. The food was good too, but how you serve the food really makes a huge difference. You don’t expect this level of positivity and pure bliss to come from employees at a quick serve restaurant.

I am very sorry to the owner, I had to write this review. I am not satisfied with my experience on February 23, 2025 with the food and the crew members. I arrived at 9:22pm and had a mobile order and asked for them to fry the chicken sandwiches and French fries extra crispy. It took them almost 20 minutes to finish my order. I got my order at 9:42. The indoor was closed so there was only drive thru service. I was the first customer out of the three cars within the 20 minutes. The two cars behind me got their orders first and it took 20 minutes to finish mine. It takes 7 minutes to fry the chicken and probably 3 minutes to make it extra crispy. The third customer who was parked there even got their food before me. I asked nicely why it is taking so long. He said it’s your fault who wanted the chicken extra crispy and said you can get a refund and leave. I decided to wait. The chicken sandwich was ok, the lettuce in the sandwich was crispier than the 20 minutes chicken lol. The French fries were old and not fresh. I asked for chocolate frosty and they said they ran out of chocolate(for sure he is lying). There were 3 or 4 staff members working that night and I don’t under why it takes so long. One member was smoking a cigarette and picking up coins by the drive thru window.

Terrible. Employees think they can pass off Cherry coke as regular coke… lots of confusion on who’s meal is who’s in the drive through and giving the wrong meals to other customers.

Totally messed up my order. Wrong sandwiches and drink. I was the only person in the drivethru and I repeated my order. I also paid more than expected. It's not hard. Smh, so disappointed.

I went to use my 2.00 coupon for doing a survey. My 1st experience was not good, my sandwich was hard and awful. I asked today to have my sandwich made fresh. I had to wait, but Melissa made it and it was super hot, fresh, cooked perfectly. I called her to let her know I appreciate her attention to my request. She was great!!

I live close by and used to frequent this location but won’t waste my money anymore. They need corporate intervention and a complete overhaul on their staffing, service and food prep. Everyone that works here seems completely incompetent and in a daze. My order always has something missing or is just flat out wrong and the food they do hand out is cold or clearly not fresh. The lobby is dirty and unstocked and they blare obnoxiously profane music to the point where you can’t wait to get out of there or you just regret coming altogether. Trash.

Why don't you guys put sausage in your biscuits and gravy? It's supposed to come with sausage, this is the 2nd time y'all have failed and served me gravy biscuits, which isn't it.

This Wendies is doing a lot better now, so I wanted to update my review. The staff is friendly and timely. I have no complaints about this location anymore, which makes me happy because I love their breakfast sandwiches.
