I’m pretty impressed with this Wendy’s! I drove a little out of my way because the Wendy’s by me is often out of things including my favorite item (the apple pecan salad). The staff were friendly and prompt. As a somewhat picky eater that eats hamburgers – NOT cheeseburgers – I almost always expect my order to be wrong at fast food places. My order was correct and fresh. Kudos to the staff at this location!

Ordered a chili cheese fries with no cheese, and still got cheese on it. When I went back and showed them the receipt they said I had ordered with no cheese sauce but still got shredded cheese. And then I had to pay for the chili fries.

First Wendy's I've been to that does not sell ala carte burger patties.
Spilled a milkshake in my car and didn't care. Food is always cold and never right.

Couldn't move slower if they tried. If you've got 15-20 minutes to wait for your order go for it. Otherwise go anywhere else.

I was impressed by this Wendy’s! The staff here is very friendly, it was nice to have a cashier focusing on his job instead of holding side conversations as often happens. The food was made super fast and was fresh and tasted great. The dining room was also spotlessly clean, right down to the air vents.

Today, March 20, 2025, I had my best drive-through experience ever at a Wendy’s. I wish I would have gotten the employee’s name, but I’m sure if the store manager reads this review they will know exactly who I am talking about. Today was a rough day, trying to urge the city to take serious a safety issue outside of a middle school. Tired and exhausted. I pulled up to the Wendy’s drive-through microphone. It was greeted by an extremely pleasant and joyful voice. I’m sure the employee could hear my exhaustion as I asked if they had any potatoes left and that if they did, I would like two of them. The employee took a moment to check And then cheerfully told me there were two with my name on them. As I continued my order the employee exuded so much joy and pleasantness that it made me happy just to be there. When I pulled up to pay, I was greeted with a huge smile and lots of positivity. I returned about 15 minutes later to the lobby to get something additional and the employee recognized me and greeted me with their joyous attitude. The food was good too, but how you serve the food really makes a huge difference. You don’t expect this level of positivity and pure bliss to come from employees at a quick serve restaurant.

I am very sorry to the owner, I had to write this review. I am not satisfied with my experience on February 23, 2025 with the food and the crew members. I arrived at 9:22pm and had a mobile order and asked for them to fry the chicken sandwiches and French fries extra crispy. It took them almost 20 minutes to finish my order. I got my order at 9:42. The indoor was closed so there was only drive thru service. I was the first customer out of the three cars within the 20 minutes. The two cars behind me got their orders first and it took 20 minutes to finish mine. It takes 7 minutes to fry the chicken and probably 3 minutes to make it extra crispy. The third customer who was parked there even got their food before me. I asked nicely why it is taking so long. He said it’s your fault who wanted the chicken extra crispy and said you can get a refund and leave. I decided to wait. The chicken sandwich was ok, the lettuce in the sandwich was crispier than the 20 minutes chicken lol. The French fries were old and not fresh. I asked for chocolate frosty and they said they ran out of chocolate(for sure he is lying). There were 3 or 4 staff members working that night and I don’t under why it takes so long. One member was smoking a cigarette and picking up coins by the drive thru window.
