I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from here at approximately 11:30PM on Monday 12/18/23. I took one bite and it was like rubber. I couldn't even rip the chicken apart with my hands it was so tough. I ended up getting food poising. I will not be returning to this location.

Service was slow. Employees were not very friendly. I only go there because it is close to my house. I think there food quality has gone down in the past couple years. It wasn't because they were busy. That they were slow. They just didn't seem to care.

Just was there tonight. Went in to order one of the new frosty flavored cold brews. I go up to the counter and a young guy takes my order. I politely order it and under his breath he says “you’re really going to make me make that for you dude?” I ask him what he said and he said nothing and seemed irritated. Just totally unprofessional. Look, I worked in the fast food business when I was in high school so I know it sucks but regardless you shouldn’t ask a customer that type of question.

Ordered using their custom app. Everything looked good until I went to pick up the food and found the inside dining was closed. Would be nice if the application knew that was going on. Had to get in line at the drive-thru to get my food and when you're traveling the no bathroom thing can be a problem.

I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru And the manager Katrina told me I could not receive my order by window, I had to go in and pick it up. As someone with a disability I am not happy with this service . Will be contacting corporate .

Late at night, just before closing time, we walked into Wendy's. Despite the two employees handling numerous takeout orders ahead of us, they efficiently fulfilled those orders and prepared fresh meals for us. Their courteous and friendly demeanor made our visit enjoyable. I'm content with the entire experience, including the food's excellent quality.
