After ordering 2 Turkey clubs $26, which only had 1 piece of turkey on them, I talked With the manager about it and he was extremely rude and refused to correct the problem. I usually go there for lunch everyday but after the treatment I received today, they have lost my business.

I got the number 10 the bacon chicken Swiss yeah well they did not put any bacon or Swiss don’t know why they did not think to put bacon or Swiss on a bacon Swiss meal but they probably should pay attention! I’ve never had a bad experience but today threw me off

Stopped here on our way out of town. We were happy the lobby was still open later in the evening. Lynn was friendly and kind. The food took some time to come out but was correct and warm. I felt the buns seemed old and they didn’t have anymore apple turnovers. It was later in the evening.

Arby's please stop giving out AI generated stickers. The very badly drawn stickers are enough. They're very fun to look at instead of AI generated SLOP. Also please sell shamrock shakes year-round.

Went through drive through on Sunday 11-17-24 ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, got half way home opened my sandwich to see it had NO CHICKEN and the bacon was so cold the grease had solidified on the bacon. Drove back to Arby's and spoke to the manager she never apologized and acted inconvenienced by having to remake the sandwich, while snickering under her breath. The remade sandwich the chicken was cold and the bacon was cold. Super disappointing.
