This A&W Has great food, great service atmosphere could be improved, but it is attached to a gas station. I wish they would build one in Highland MI 48356 it would be packed!!

So.. we want this to be a good A&W since it is close by. We have received multiple hard stale buns on top of our burgers. Stale tenders that are dry. We tried again recently since we like A&W food. It just keeps not being fresh. The wait in the drive through is always very long even if nobody else is there. It says it is open until 8 and they are fully closed at 7:15. It looks very unkempt and needing updating and freshing up. Looks like it is all yellowing inside the store.

Stopped here while traveling in the area to take a rest stop. The employees were talking very loud and forgot that there were people in the dining room who could hear their conversations and goofing around. Then my order was not correctly done at first but then was redone and the lady apologized for it. Small parking lot since connected to a gas station area. I would stop by here again however if needed and in the area again while traveling due to there not being a lot of A&W's around it seems.

Clean building but understaffed and the kids working are rude, just spent 30 minutes in the drive-thru with only 1 person in front of me only to get rubbery and cold sandwiches, never had an issue with any other locations but this one is consistently a headache

Went through the drive thru and the two ladies working the window were so nice. Even though my daughter was being quite sassy, they went out of their way to make her smile. They also gave her a treat just because. I will definitely be back to this location. They were great!
