Normally, I’ve never had a problem with this establishment. But this is disgusting and worth reviewing about because it begs the question what else is going on there. I’ve also emailed the company as other reviewers were directed to do. If they were busy, I could *maybe* understand how this could happen or be overlooked but they weren’t and there really is NO excuse for finding several pieces of GROUND BEEF in my VANILLA MILKSHAKE. Maybe it’s because of pregnancy hormones but this caused me to gag to the point of vomiting.

I’ve visited this location a few times for lunch and every time the ladies at the counter are always extremely rude and on their phones. My food always has something wrong with it and the restaurant seems unsanitary. I don’t recommend lol

I got the papa spicy burger but had no lettuce on it. when i let them know, they said they were out of lettuce. i asked why she didn’t let me know they were out when i ordered and all she said was “i’m sorry?” i said never mind, thank you, and walked out. Also when i got my drink there was black floaties in the starry or ice not sure where it was coming from. Overall the employees were rude and made me felt as an inconvenience.

We showed up to find out that our mobile order was canceled over 3 chicken tenders and refused to give us the rest of our food (which we would have taken a substitute if they gave us the option). they canceled our order and told us we would get a refund but they charged us anyways.

STOP BURNING THE BURGERS. Please hire a cook that isn't going to char every burger they make. I've completely given up and wasted enough money at this location.
Hire more staff and train them properly as well. The drive thru is always closed, what's the point of being open. After trying 10+ times in the last 2 months, I'm beyond disappointed that I can't eat here.

This place is a sinking ship! Two people working, one had a bad attitude, the other didn't know how to cook. After getting charged for lettuce and tomato when I didn't last time the counter person told me "I don't know" and didn't offer to refund overcharge. We waited in the restaurant for over 15 minutes then started asking where our food was. Asked to speak to the manager and the cook came up, no manager. Burger and onion rings were sitting off to the side and they hadn't made the coney dogs. Cook assembled and packaged 3 coneys one at a time?? Onion rings were cold and burger bottom bun soggy. What an experience!! We've had better service here before, what happened? Manager where are you?
