My sister and I went through the drive through to grab something cold to drink. We were on the way to a funeral in Redford Township and we were a little behind. It was perfect.

The A&W taste as respected food was hot and good. This one is attached to a gas station so none of that old tradition that are an A&W charm. Staff was present the place was empty and one thing I didn’t like was you had to use the restroom in the gas station vs to in the restaurant. All in all everything you would expect from this chain.

Employee was clearly disgruntled, annoyed, and impatient when we were deciding.. then, he kept whispering to another employee.. the entire time he acted like we were a huge inconvenience.. also, we said "dine in" when asked, and he threw everything in a bag and literally tossed it up on the counter at us .. the food was good but we will not go back.. I am a manager in retail, customer service is everything...
Coneys are ehh. But for lunch at work , it was clutch lol its the loose bland coney sauce that's Subpar that makes ot ehh. (More info is needed for a better review...coming soon, mabey lol)

A&W has been part of the Michigan experience going back over 50yrs in my life and I was very happy to see a franchise along my route. Food and service was wonderful and carried the A&W personality. Not just another burger joint, but that same feel and flavor that took me right back to my home town drive-in with car hops on roller skates. Perfect!

Closes earlier when crew feels like it and dosen't have anything ready to go in a timely matter don't waste your time unless you like wasting gas.

What happened to the old manager Jeremy he was amazing. This place was a huge disappointment now. Drive thru was closed . The wait was horrible the pop machine is broke . The staff if very disgruntled. Will certainly be wery if coming back
