I arrived 34 minutes AFTER the order should be done to find two very young girls over cleaning by the tables not seeing the order was ever placed. Then to top it off you were out of both bagels we ordered. Then I get back to work after it took them a good 10 minutes to figure out the order and make it to find that the order is WRONG. unexpectable. $9 for a sandwich to be wrong and severely late. $19 wasted today it will take a lot for me to ever try this for lunch again.

Bagels are always good but i’ve gone in there several times and their muffins are ALWAYS dried out. Pretty sure the muffins I got were at least a day old and they start to just taste like bread.

Thought I'd give this place a try, big mistake. After 10 minutes of waiting and watching 3 other orders go out I asked where my order was. They had no idea what happened to the ticket. Waited another 5 minutes and got out coffee but still no sandwich, and they forgot to put espresso in the coffee drinks. Highly untrained staff with no supervision. They also had no coffee in the coffee station the entire time I was there. There was a line of people waiting for it as well. I will never return nor recommend this location.

Used the Too Good To Go app to try out a different place and save on food waste. This is the best place yet!! Got 18 bagels for 6!! What a deal! All varieties. I also purchased some of the flavored cream cheeses and they are amazing!! Definitely coming back here!!
