Thought I'd give this place a try, big mistake. After 10 minutes of waiting and watching 3 other orders go out I asked where my order was. They had no idea what happened to the ticket. Waited another 5 minutes and got out coffee but still no sandwich, and they forgot to put espresso in the coffee drinks. Highly untrained staff with no supervision. They also had no coffee in the coffee station the entire time I was there. There was a line of people waiting for it as well. I will never return nor recommend this location.

Used the Too Good To Go app to try out a different place and save on food waste. This is the best place yet!! Got 18 bagels for 6!! What a deal! All varieties. I also purchased some of the flavored cream cheeses and they are amazing!! Definitely coming back here!!

I ordered an everything bagel sandwich and it was the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Extremely salty bagel. I had to try to brush off most of the stuff on top so it was even edible. I didn’t want to waste it but couldn’t even finish eating it. I gave two stars instead of one because all the staff I came in contact with (3 young women) were all very kind.

It was fantastic, stopped by after going to the gst works! and it was great. Had a turkey havarti and a coconut creme muffin, yum!

We’ve tried hard to support Big Apple Bagel in Fenton over the years, but every visit leaves us disappointed. The bagel and muffin selection is consistently limited, no matter what time we arrive—we used to think we were just too late, but that’s clearly not the issue. This time, we thought pre-ordering online would solve it. We picked specific muffins and bagels for sandwiches, placed a $40+ order the night before, and set a morning pickup time. Total waste of effort. Not only did they not have the items we chose, but the order wasn’t even ready on time. What’s the point of pre-ordering if they don’t bother to ensure you get what you paid for? Imagine if this was for an event where selections actually mattered. It’s infuriating—they could fulfill the order but just don’t. Nothing was correct, and we’re done. It’s a consistent letdown, a waste of money, and a terrible experience every time. We’re contacting ownership for a refund and won’t be back.

I stopped in for lunch Today. The tables were dirty, the worker had her friends there hanging out in the restaurant and laying on the bench. The worker who made my bagel sneezed multiple times while preparing my food. I wish I had declined my food, but rather I threw it away when I left.
