Made a delivery order through the the official BWW website and got 1/4 of my order delivered (bag 2 of 3 only...no sauce bags. No other 2 bags). Confirmed by delivery picture from the delivery driver. Had to call & get an order remake for pickup (out the delivery fees because they couldnt delivery). Had my brother swing out to grab the remake order the next day. On order remake we realized that manager I spoke to forgot $20 worth of items from the remake order. Called again to get the $20 worth of items I paid for an never received credited. Could see on the order that the manager didn't add the two items to the order remake order. Manager confirmed the mistake and stated they would send a gift card for store credit to my address in the mail. Its been almost 3 weeks now and no mail. Terrible service. Don't make large orders through delivery and apparently check every bag for completeness. So much time wasted on this.

Went there last night, after waiting well over an hour we received one of our 6 plates cold and dry like it was under a heat lamp for an hour. We complained and asked to see manager who never showed up so we left. 90 minutes wasted with two kids hungry. Very disappointing

Overpacked, unorganized. Waited over an hour for wings and never received them. Walked out and went elsewhere. Not worth the wait they should’ve stopped seating people if they couldn’t handle it.

Such kind staff! I had a complication with my birthday reward on the app and instead of saying they couldn't help they instantly grabbed the manager when I was completely fine with paying and had them override it so I didn't have to, and was wished a happy birthday by multiple staff members on my way out. Truly made my day ☺️

We love buffalo wild wings, food is good as always and so is the service. Connor was our waiter and he was training Heather. He did an amazing job as a trainer. I think Heather will do great as a new server!!

Never go to the Fenton bdubs!! I took my family there to have a nice evening. It was a disaster. The server was awful. She disappeared the entire time we were there. We waited 40mins for our food just for my food to be cold. I understand completely that restaurants get busy but this was not okay. The server also attended all of her other tables but ignored us. Not a great experience whatsoever. Will never be attending this location ever again.

the boneless wings and bottomless apps are always a great deal for a dinner for two, and we love when gavin comes out of the kitchen to drop off food he is such a delight. the tv screens can be a bit distracting but if youre a sports fan youll be entertained all evening.
Came in for the first preseason lions game- immediately greeted with over 10 dirty tables, a kitchen line full of food, servers walking past dirty tables empty handed and just staring at the mess as they walked past it, and was standing there for almost 10 minutes and not one person said a word to us. We walked out and will never be back.
