2 strikes in a row. Strike 1: Ordered takeout a couple of months ago and got home...no fries. Ok not the end of the world. Strike 2: ordered door dash. What should have took 45 min as initially estimated, took almost 2 hours since bww's lost our food. Also, whoever made the cost cutting decision to downsize the boneless wings, needs to be fired. They're nowhere near the size they used to be. And for the prices bww's commands, I'll be taking my wing business elsewhere.

Made a delivery order through the the official BWW website and got 1/4 of my order delivered (bag 2 of 3 only...no sauce bags. No other 2 bags). Confirmed by delivery picture from the delivery driver. Had to call & get an order remake for pickup (out the delivery fees because they couldnt delivery). Had my brother swing out to grab the remake order the next day. On order remake we realized that manager I spoke to forgot $20 worth of items from the remake order. Called again to get the $20 worth of items I paid for an never received credited. Could see on the order that the manager didn't add the two items to the order remake order. Manager confirmed the mistake and stated they would send a gift card for store credit to my address in the mail. Its been almost 3 weeks now and no mail. Terrible service. Don't make large orders through delivery and apparently check every bag for completeness. So much time wasted on this.

Went there last night, after waiting well over an hour we received one of our 6 plates cold and dry like it was under a heat lamp for an hour. We complained and asked to see manager who never showed up so we left. 90 minutes wasted with two kids hungry. Very disappointing
