Got wings and only ONE day later reheated them and my fiancé got food poisoning. Don’t get the Garlic Parm sauce on your wings!!! I got bbq wings reheated in the same bowl and I’m completely fine.

Me and the wife's drinks tasted different after everyone. Go from a heavy pour to barley any Wife went to order a few different drinks and she was told no because they didn't have the stuff to make the drink

Well! I visit this B dubs every Thursday and I take food home to the kids. The past 3 orders I have been given the smalls (size of a quarter) pieces of chicken. This time I was shorted on a bogo deal. 20 PC is not 15, hire someone else that can count. Just lazy!!!

Had the worst experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings last night. Started off, we waited over 15 minutes at a table before anyone even acknowledged us. Then our first drink order the waitress dropped my husbands beer, because she was trying to carry too much at one time, and it went all over me. Our food was awful. The traditional Wings were so puny and dried out. 2 of our other meals, there was 6 of us, the boneless wings came out cold. My daughter sent hers back and they did not come back out until the rest of us were done. Our waitress was not only waiting tables but also the bar tender, so our service was subpar. This is the 2nd bad experience at this restaurant. It was not busy, but no one seemed to care about the customers. This place is not the cleanest either. We will not be back.

Let me start this by saying that I used to work at a buffalo wild wings. I came in for lunch. Ordered 15 wings for $.75 a piece, got two tall two hearted beers, and a side of wedges. After my tip, my total was $42 dollars. I'd rather spend that kind of money on a place that is upscale. Stupid expensive for the experience. Not a very happy customer after the fact.

I am shocked BWW as a whole hasn't gone belly up or filed chapter 11. They have been on a spiraling decline for several years. App doesn't load, website doesn't process payment, and they don't function like a real business. If you don't call or actually go into the store you have little luck ordering food. I'd highly recommend just taking your business elsewhere. Let this place go the way many others are and disappear.

Went to B-dubs fenton tonight and was so disappointed. The service was absolutely horrible. The food was cold and tasted old. It was my kids first time ever going and sadly they said they don't wanna go there again. Our server didn't bother coming by to ask us anything. The place wasn't busy. I saw our server off to the side talking and laughing with co workers. I wanted another drink but didn't get the chance to even ask. Took 15 min just to get our check. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but I had to. Again very very disappointed.
Used to be my favorite place, the food has gone downhill. Service has as well. There's nothing worse than being treated like an inconvenience by your wait staff. Worst experience in Fenton! It's always dirty with food scraps on the seats and floor. Staff is loud talking about stuff that DOES NOT belong in the workplace. This younger generation is a force to be reckoned with. Their entitled attitudes are a huge turn-off. You EARN tips they aren't mandated. Sad, sad, sad. 2/10
