We went there today 1/4/26 @ 4:00pm and no one would take our order when we went inside. after 10 minutes of waiting we left and went and had a good meal at Hippos. they seen us come in and they seen us leave and didn't care.

I order on the app for takeout and come in after work. The lady manager I usually see is super nice! My burger was wrong today and it was remade fast. They also let me keep the first one to give to someone at home. However, hearing how the cooks talk about the drive thru guests makes me nervous. All in all, I'll still keep coming around.

My brother and I went into the Burger King. We each Got the bacon king meal Our fries weren’t even cooked all the way, and our burgers were cold. Worst burger can I’ve ever been to and on top of that we asked for napkins and the lady said only give them a couple if needed for DoorDash. Never coming here again

It's hands down the best BK you're gonna run into, shit is fresh, fast and good EVERY time I go there. I bypass the one in my hometown to go 30 miles to the fenton Burger King.

Was there today they have little to no staff but a woman working there was awesome great attitude and held it together while doing it all had to wait for my food but her smile and attitude made it ok best of luck

This was the best whopper I've had in a long time! My kids loved their craft lemonades, and everything was hot and the order was correct. I'm almost never impressed with fast food, but this time it tasted great!!

Saturday morning, pull up to drive thru, order biscuit meal, out of biscuits, no problem order a #1 with coke. Pull up, pay, hands me a coke. The wait begins... Drive thru window is open and more orders taken behind me. Several employees standing waiting for what I don't know. About 6 minutes in an older lady says sorry and shrugs her shoulders. 5 minutes after that another lady hands a bag out, no thanks, no sorry, just a frown. Keep trying to give BK a chance but they just can't get it together.

Went through the drive thru tonight we did two separate transactions using the moble app. there was an old lady working that was very rude, she added items to the order that werent mentioned and when we tried to ask questions as the window she was very rude about it. Someone needs to retire if they are that miserable at their place of work. What a Lame experience tonight was watching a very grown employee throw a tantrum over their own mess up.
