When I walked in to pick up my food, the young people behind the counter were standing around smirking which made me wonder if they did something to my food. It was totally downhill after that. We wanted an Italian sub but ended up with a ham sub. The chicken Parmesan sub is cut up nasty looking nuggets on some red sauce with no cheese. At least use whole nuggets. And frankly the pizza we ordered tasted pretty bad too. The wings were good but very small. The smirking makes the ambience questionable. Sorry... we will not be returning. We have not been to cottage inn pizza in a long time and maybe this is why.

Staff has Always been friendly. Food is on Point. Delivery times are consistent. Jacob Delivered our pizza tonight(2/16/24). He was Great! Also, Kudos to I believe Don that answered the phone. He answered All of our questions, and was very professional. Definitely the Best Experience we've had So far. Hopefully owners, or Management reads this, as they should be recognized. We ordered the other day asked for our pizza to be well done. Got home it wasn't well done. Call up there they gave us a $10 bonus credit on top of what our bill was! Fast forward to tonight my fiancé ordered online and forgot to call and order so we could use our in store credit but they fixed it fast! Great customer service!!! So friendly and understanding!!! They bread stic are the best!!!!

Usually we love their pizza and other food we get from here. We got the flavorful vegetarian tonight, ordered it off the website. Vegetarian pizza was just a cheese pizza because "I didn't pick my toppings" but in the description it clearly says tomato, onion, olives and green pepers.... 42.35 for a small Cesar salad and they forgot to put in the dressing, everything bread sticks and a cheese pizza is a little ridiculous...
