After checking the hours on the website is said they were open until 10PM. We got to the drive through at 9:42 As we pulled up they turned off the lights and didn't acknowledge us at the speaker. There were 3 cars still waiting for food. It was not even close to 10. If you want to close early then change your hours. We need reliable restaurants in Fenton and this isn't one of them.

Stopped by for concrete mixers and it was a mess. Got the wrong size, toppings were swapped, and both were melted like soup. Disappointing experience, won’t be coming back to this Culver’s.

Culvers does a great job with food. It's fast food, so this is in the context of it being a fast food restaurant. Almost always, you get what you expect here and it's a lot better that some of the other fast food burger joints. I like it.

The fresh food comes with a longer wait penalty, but it's generally worth it.
What i wanted to praise though also was their fair pricing on modifications. Unlike other places, where you get nothing for removals and things like a cheese slice is an insane $1 to add... Culvers really gets this refreshingly right. Hate tomatoes on a sandwich that comes with it? You get a small credit actually - something I've said forever should be more normal... but want to add cheese? Only a reasonable up charge. This is noticed and appreciated... moving my review to 5 stars now

As a Culver’s alumni, I was disappointed with my recent experience at this Culver’s. During the lemon ice season I’ve always ordered a lemon cooler with unsweetened tea, regardless of the location. This is the first time in 5 years that I’ve been denied this request. I really wanted to reach through the window and press the “ask me” button to write down “add unsweetened tea”. Bonus points for fast service for my friend’s pretzel bites during a steady rush. In the end, I did not spend a dime at this location, and may not for a long while.

Culvers does a great job with food. It's fast food, so this is in the context of it being a fast food restaurant. Almost always, you get what you expect here and it's a lot better that some of the other fast food burger joints. I like it.
