As a busy working mom, these meals have helped to not only keep me on track with my health goals, but they have also saved me so much time with meal prep so that I can have that time back to spend with my family. The food is really good and I love how they have options available for people following a low carb diet or for people who are dairy free. You can buy single meals if you don't want to sign up for a subscription. The staff is super friendly too!

Healthy comfort food without the guilt!

I started Fit box fuel meal plan three weeks ago. It is super helpful as I have a disability and it makes things convenient for me. The helpful staff assist me in choosing my meals, and deliver them to me every Friday. I find new favorite food every week. I have lost 9 pounds so far, and I’m super excited. Fit box fuel combines a healthy lifestyle with convenience. I recommend this for everyone, but it may be especially helpful for seniors, the disabled, or those who need special diets, such as a kidney diet or a diabetic diet.

Food is very tasty and filling at an affordable price. I will definitely be back next week for more!

The food is so yummy you would not believe that it is gluten free, sugar free, soy free, and low carb! I got the middle weight packaged and it was shipped straight to my door. Super convenient and only took a couple mins to heat in the microwave. Will def be ordering again next week!
