OUTSTANDING! I was looking for something different than the usual chain pizza & wings spots, and Wow! Did I find it here. From the easy-to-use app, to the menu, to the speed of service, and, most importantly, the food was fresh, unctuous, and oh so delicious!
For starters, this place isn't greedy or skimpy on their portions at all. The staff and owner are very polite, and they truly care about every customer that that steps foot into their restaurant. They even gave me a sampler of their delicious chicken fingers with my pizza order. I hope they keep the fountain orange Vernors because that's a rarity. Do many places these days price gauge and are skimpy on portions and service. Not here and definitely be coming back.
Hippos is a standout, truly deserving of high praise for its exceptional commitment to quality. The food is not only delicious and clearly made with fresh ingredients that elevate every dish. What impressed me most was the evident cleanliness of the entire establishment. My daughter and I make it a point to visit every time we are in Fenton.
