Walked into this Fenton Jersey Mike’s with heavy hearts as we were returning home from the University of Michigan hospital. Mother-in-law fell and broke hip and arm. The manager, Eric asked how our day was going and we mentioned our hard time with her. He asked her name so he could pray for her. He then gave us our lunch for free. An extremely kind and compassionate gesture totally unexpected. It made our day/week!!! So very sweet. We certainly appreciate Eric and the subs were extra tasty as well!! xoLauren and Dave M

Want to start out by saying the employees are always amazing and friendly. The food on the other hand.. 0/10. I found 5 bones in my sandwich and that was within like the first few bites, lord knows how many more are in it. Not only are your sandwiches expensive but now I can’t even eat it. Absolutely grossed out and not acceptable in regards to food standards.

They wouldn’t give me a box after I ordered 20 subs in advance online. Even after I offered to pay for the box because “it sets a bad precedent.” I guess customer service is a bad precedent.

Wow… ordered 5 subs for my family, tipped accordingly. Our subs were so poorly made, my Chicken Philly had almost no toppings and very little chicken, all I can taste is cheese and bread. My family confirmed their subs were also very light. Not worth $60.

Used their app to order, showed up to pick it 5 mins early watched several customers order and leave and still my food was not ready, plus 2 customers after I told the girl I was there to pick up my order. I ordered at ~1:50, said would be ready at 2:12, got there at 2, told the girl I was there at 2:10 got my food at 2:20-25. Watched as 4-5 people ordered after me got their order and left. NEVER will go there again, their app is a waste of time.UPDATE: 11/09/2023Thought I would give this location another try... Staff was great a lot better than last time. Food was bad. JM is already OVER priced and this time bread was stael, hardly any meat and onions were horrible.

We haven't had Jersey Mike's in years, but recently moved to Fenton - needed a quick lunch so decided to try Jersey Mike's Sub shop. We both enjoyed our sandwiches, so much so we returned again a few weeks later. Finally a sub shop that actually puts meat on their sandwich, so you're not just eating bread/bun. The staff is always friendly, and both times we've grabbed lunch there, the restaurant is busy - so that speaks volumes!

I've always loved Jersey Mike's. This was my third location due to moves over the years. My husband and I have been coming to this location for 3 years. Today when they told my husband he couldn't substitute some extra bacon for the cheese, he just walked out. I guess we won't be back now.
