This wasn't based on yesterday, but on January 29, I put in an order for 2 subs. I came in and got them. They were totally wrong. I brought them back in and told them. There was another Carrie there ordering, and they were almost taking my order out for a delivery or carside or something. They took the open sandwiches and then rewrapped them in the same paper, which made them look new right in front of me. (Not remade) and switched sandwiches, delivered them to the right Carrie. I know they did not remake them. I also got a pop in my order. I paid for it, and they said I didn't. (Wrong Carrie and other Carrie didn't get pop) I paid for two pops and only got one. I checked later. I was right, so I paid for a fountain pop and a 20 oz in cash..

Everything was extremely good inducing the staff, Brilant Suknaj really stood out to me! outstanding costumer service. I give this place a 2 star because I'm trying to gate keep Brilant all to myself.
Wheelchair accessibility: Brilant Suknaj held the door and made it really easy for me to get my breakfast. He also helped me get on the toilet in the restroom such a nice young gentleman. #goingplaces #extratip #thosewhoknow @jonahpoore on ig

Cant order the "whats new" subs, missing classics online, eliminating a good 1/5 of the menu, horrible experience for a Jimmy Johns.
I stopped at this location, coming back from up north and I’ve never felt so disrespected as a person and as a consumer like I’ve been in this restaurant. I had to repeat my order 4 times. People working at this location like basic math skills and customer service. The cashier was a guy in his mid to late 30s that either was high or didn’t know how to operate a cash register. He took the order four times and placed the order wrong four times. Then he starts throwing a tantrum like a two year-old and the manager comes and talks to me and placed the order. Mind you why I was talking to the manager, the employees that are making sandwiches are rolling their eyes at me. What they lacked in math and Customer Service skills, they had plenty in attitude and arrogance. I just wanted to get my sandwiches and go. I was almost tempted to write it down on a napkin what I needed so they would get it right and I was not asking anything out of the ordinary. Having worked in retail myself I am pretty sure that I’m not the only person that experienced this. I feel bad for the person who owns this business.

If you want horrible customer service and very rude employees, then by all means go to this location. The service was terrible!! It’s really not that hard to be a friendly face and to be kind on the phone and I had neither. I would not recommend this restaurant at all!
Great sub sandwich as per usual. Ordered online and they had it ready just 7 mins later when I walked in.

Rachel was incredibly rude and vial person she was belittling her employees in front of customers not to mention it smelt awful, she had an attitude the whole time she was helping me I will NEVER return to this location she has ruined my entire experience at this restaurant DONT GO TO THIS

We ordered online and when we got to the store they did not have our order not any record of it however we had email proof it was placed and paid for. We even showed them our bank account to show it was taken out. The mansion duty tried to say it was not their fault and nothing they could do. We were out a $40+ order and money as well. I will be contacting the corporate office about this as well. But do not order online or you will have issues and be told they can't help you.

A bunch of people who care more about there friendships and phones rather than customer service. The manager named mitch is a real joke also who lied directly to me. Deserves to be fired and clean toilets, something he can't lie to or treat badly. Less than 1 star if possible!
