The drive-thru lady flirted with my fiance!! With me sitting right there that's crazy and uncomfortable! It's okay to be nice but she was to much! My fiance was uncomfortable as well funny but not funny.
Food: I'm just not a fan of kfc chicken it's great don't get me wrong I just don't like it. Service: I work there the people are great they work to be better and make the place better everyday and really lookout for customers and there deals to save them money. Atmosphere: Great vibes, Just the building needs repairs but as I said they are working tirelessly to get the place back in shape. Shout out to Billy-GM, Christina-Hiring manager, Robert-Manager, Alex-Manager, Maddison-Supervisor/Manager, and to all the coworkers for the understanding and help y'all have done for me if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be much today. 💯❤️-Roman

Wheelchair accessibility: Anybody, and everyone is welcome to Kfc on Owen road were the best of the best is given to all guests.

When you go to a chicken place that claims this is what they specialize is, but yet when you get home you spit the chicken out because it's nasty. Explains why there wasn't a line when I pulled up. Nope, never again!
The lady at the drive-thru was lukewarm at best. When I got home, found all 4 sauces for the nuggets were missing. This isn't the 1st time I've had issues with this store. Considering we don't go often, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. The only good thing was the food tasted great. Had the 12-piece chicken nugget meal with fries & a Cranberry Pepsi.

And most importantly we ordered a family meal THEY FORGOT THE CHICKEN!!!
