Let me preface with I don't make reviews. I have been in customer service and I am a very patient person with major social anxiety. But EVERY time I am at this location (which is about 2 twice a month), they either forget an item that they charged me for OR completely get the order wrong.
The most recent incident I tried to use a voucher that I got from corporate (A few weeks ago, this location gave me little to no chicken when I paid 14 dollars for it. Then their phones weren't working for me to contact them). They proceeded to tell me 'This is the only location that doesn't accept vouchers'. On top of that, they ONCE AGAIN forgot an item. I proceeded to go back inside and ask for my item, which they nearly fought me on even though I brought the bag back in along with the receipt.
I have never had this type of continuous experience with a restaurant.

Took my family here for lunch today at 1pm. After we were gathered to leave witnessed a mouse run across the floor!!!!! Was so disturbed could barely figure out how to open the door to leave. Told my husband to go get a refund but he had just ate a ton of food and wanted to puke so we left. Will never be back. If mice are running around broad daylight don't want to know what happens in the back. Bathrooms were also gross but now that I know they have mice I'm not surprised.

Chicken was kind of old, potato wedges were kind of stale. Place was filthy. Made my Crocs sticky. On the upside, gravy was nice and hot, biscuits were amazing, and the sides were pretty good. Lady at the register was nice. Overall, food kind of sucked, place was dirty. 3 stars.
