Food was okay, lack of service was what earned the 1 star review. Waitress was very grumpy and unhappy, no eye contact, barely spoke to us. Cashier was unbelievably rude to my girlfriend, saw her coming and turned around as she approached the counter, ignored her then tossed the receipt to her as she said she was all set. Gave this place another chance today and this is the last time ever! Mega Coney or Fenton Coney is the only Coney to go to in Fenton who still seems to value good service.

Service was good and the staff did a great job keeping up with crowd, however- the food was foul. I took two bites out of my taco salad and the meat was so hard I refused to eat anymore. My kids chicken nuggets and wings were DARK brown, completely over fried. Could crack them in half- my son didn’t even touch his chicken nuggets. Our server was really great but when multiple peoples meals are as terrible as they were- somethings gotta give. Sadly will not be back.

Cleo was our server. She is friendly and well informed of the menu. Can't say enough positives of her. Atmosphere is charming, food was very good! 1st time I ate here as im new to the area but I will go back!

HORRIBLE. This place will always burn your food or give the wrong order. Dont bother, they fired all the good chefs and the old management is gone.
We ate in at this establishment on a Wednesday evening a few weeks ago and first we noticed the silverware was filthy! Both forks had crusty food chunks on them and the knives looked like they were just dunked in water and left to air dry with spots all over them. My girlfriend had a burger and fries and I only had a baked potato. Her burger was extremely dry and the fries were soggy. We also noticed so many flies inside the restaurant! And then as I was eating my baked potato, I noticed at least 6 fruit flies on my potato. We will never return to this establishment unless we’re in the mood to eat fruit flies in our food and spend our dining experience swatting flies away.
