Ordered with my family as a graduation celebration dinner. Food took more than an hour to be served. I ordered a plain bbq chicken sandwich. It came with tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles with no bbq. Driest chicken I’ve ever eaten. Family member ordered a medium steak and a sweet potato with cinnamon sugar. The steak came well-done and the potato came with no cinnamon sugar. Steak was sent back, came back 15 minutes later and it was medium but was obviously put in an oven to save time, which made it watery with no flavor. Service was okay, but very very slow. Atmosphere may have been the only nice part of tonight, even though the place was packed.

They messed up my Mother's Day order ?. Then treated me like a thief when I tried to get my replacement meal. Outright rude for no reason at all. The "Manager" walks up, never says their name, and commences to argue with me for 30 minutes, allowing my food to get cold, about how she can't find my husband's name and number. Extremely rude, trying to blame me for not saying something to her specifically about my order that I placed with a whole different lady. Horrible experience ?

Recommendation from a friend, and we will absolutely be back. Huge portions of excellent food at a very reasonable price. They do great with large groups too, as there were multiple 10+ people groups on a busy Thursday night.

The food was great. The service was not. Cork in my wine glass. My entree came out before my appetizer or my salad. The waitress checked in once just a few minutes after bringing the appetizer. I asked for my salad to go since I never got it. She brought the salad, a to go box for my dinner and the check. Never asked if I wanted a second glass of wine or water or anything else until she finally came to get the payment for the check. I'm really hoping she was new. I don't usually do reviews, but my experience was subpar when I just wanted to treat myself to a nice dinner.

Our server Jamie was great. This place has gone downhill so much. More like a trailer park sports bar. Disgusting cage fighting on tv- not very appetizing while dinning - out of half the menu- steak just bland. Idk..just not as good as it used to be.

I attended a party here. So, my experience may be different than a paying customer. We only had 1 waitress for our entire group of over 100 people. It was difficult to get drinks at times if she was busy. Appetizers were good and served buffet style. Salads were delivered to us individually. Dinner, we had 3 options to choose from, I chose Prime Rib. It's supposed to be served medium, per the menu. But some at our table were definitely rare. Mine was overcooked and tough, I didn't finish it. Sides were mashed potatoes and broccoli. Potatoes were very good but broccoli were very big pieces and cold but wet so they had been cooked. I can't say I'd make the long drive for this place a second time.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 starts. Food is still excellent. Fantastic service. Fair pricing. Don’t waste your time or money going to one of the huge chain steakhouses. They pale in comparison to lucky’s.Update. Another year has gone by. Food is still awesome. Great service more than fair pricing. It would just dumb to go anywhere else.

Grouper w/ cream spinich. More like spinich sauce more sauce than spinich. Was the same sauce they used on the fish. Overwhelming.

I've ordered take-out from this restaurant twice. Both times the food was great. 22oz ribeye with redskin potatoes is delicious. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is both times they forgot something the first time it was a bowl of potato soup and mac and cheese(called and they gave credit for the two items), and the second time they forgot a side of sautéed mushrooms(I didn't bother calling).
