The service was great. The food could have been better 😋. Sometimes, I think people just don't follow their GREAT old recipes. I love McDonald's. I don't go there very often, but when I do, I want the original taste to be original and people to follow the recipes.

Not my fault old Karen at the window has to walk 5 ft to get the sauce I forgot to order and gives me attitude when I ask for the sauce because she’s not retired yet and hates her life. Where has customer service gone lately, obviously not into fast food. Also order no pickle on my double cheese and still got pickle. No wonder yall were down last 1/4

I think if you're any delivery driver to deliver food, I think you should be able to come through the drive thru and pick up the order

It's a McDonald's. Unfortunately, at this one the fries are almost always cold or soggy and there is usually something wrong on my order. A missing item, pickles when no pickles was requested, a hamburger instead of a cheeseburger, etc. I don't expect perfection but this is a bit much.

Was there May 6, 2025 around 9:30pm. Service was horrible, to busy playing around and joking with each other. Made me pull up and wait. Fries were hot, chessburgers were cold, cheese couldn't even melt, forgot my drink, then when they got it out was flat. Just horrible place. AVOID AT ALL COST
