The service was nice. Both sandwiches were made wrong so I had to go back through the drive-thru. The second sandwiches were very messy and put together in a hurry. Very sloppy.

The overnight staff is amazing, I come between 9pm and 3am and the food and service is always amazing, ANNIE especially; always fresh fries, amazing service from her, I am happy to hear her over the speaker when I pull up.

Today we stopped for lunch and met Jinx! She is the dinning room hostess, brought our food out, offered refills, took our tray when we were done. She was pleasant and kind. We would come here again for her!

I'm honestly fed up with the lack of consistency at this location. Every single time I come here at night, I never get any sauce with my order—not one. What does a person have to do to get a simple ranch packet? Then, during the day, I specifically ask for ranch and sweet and sour. Somehow, they always manage to remember the sweet and sour, but never the ranch. It's ridiculous.

How hard is it to get a basic order right? This has happened too many times to be a coincidence. I’m tired of paying for incomplete service. Do better.

I was in the area for a Marketplace meet up. I did a Mobil order while waiting. Went through the drive thru. Food was not ready so I had to pull over and wait. When I was given the bag I drove off and started my drive home that is 40 minutes away. I chose to eat one of the sandwiches first. I was more then 10 miles into my drive when I realized the hasbrown was missing. Once I was home I used the McDonalds app to request a refund. ( that is how most food apps work). McDonalds app says I need to call the store. So I called and the guy who answered said he could write my name in a book. How is that helpful? He gives me to the manager Casey who tells me “ there is nothing she can do for me” and “ that I need to drive 40 minutes back to the store to get a refund”. Nothing she can do for me??? Sure there is, the first thing she could have done was apologize. Then the next thing she could have done at the very least once she knew how far away I was was to mail me some sort of coupon to use at any McDonalds. Casey needs a lesson in giving good customer service because she is clueless. If I could I give zero stars I would. The fact that she didn’t even apologize and say “I am sorry that happened, we clearly dropped that ball”. Nope basically said “tough luck”. It doesn’t matter the it’s only a hasbrown, it’s the fact that the employees didn’t check the bag to make sure everything that was ordered was there and that I spent my money at this store. Casey could care less and pretty much said “ have a nice day” and hung up on me. Whoever owns this store needs to rethink their morning management and how to better service and treat customers.
