Slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting for my food INSIDE for 35 minutes and all I see are a bunch of high schoolers standing around behind the counter staring at walls. If you’re taking suggestions, have an adult on each shift.

Owen road Panera just didn't seem to be up to Panera's usual standards. Grilled cheese sandwich wasn't grilled, just heated until the cheese was oozing out. Employees were nice but place just seemed like management was on cruise control

Man I like this place but over the past few months the service has been soooooo slow and this last one is like the last straw. Order said it would be ready at 1:18 and I’m here at 1:38 and it’s not even preparing yet. Fix the app times if it’s that busy

Also the manager was up front and partly to his credit he seemed busy on stuff but like people asked him if there was a back up and he’s just like “yeah” like if it’s this busy warn people about the wait maybe apologize or

Edit I’m still here waiting. The original order was almost an hour ago now and that was for 2 sandwiches
Also I asked the manager if there was anything he could do about this and he just said nope. Literally didn’t even look at me so I’m just gonna drop some stars for that

Tasty yet healthy food on the go, but inconsistent. They never give us the extra salad dressing we order and unfortunately the service at this Panera has gone downhill. I arrived for my online order and was directed to a parking spot to await a text. After waiting 25 additional minutes I went inside and the staff rushed to fill my order. All in all my food took about 40 minutes to get. I could have gone to a table service restaurant in that time.

The food itself is not the issue. If I'm going to pay $40+ for some soup and sandwiches and one smoothie, you should remember to put the spoons in the bag in the drive thru. We aren't door dashing, we wanted to eat in our car so we could continue about our day, I also tried to call and wasn't able to get a person. I expect this from McDonald's, not Panera.

We are always treated like a special guest here. The food had always been fresh and very tasty. My ornary belly needs gluten free and dairy free food and the staff is very attentive to those needs, if you let them know. The workers always seem happy and glad to be there. This Panera should be the example to all the rest, because they do a fantastic job.

Great service! The staff were incredibly busy, but they worked hard and were very nice. I stopped by twice during my trips and was impressed by their dedication. They truly deserve all the customers they can get!

This is the SLOWEST Panera I have ever been to. I’ve come here about 10 times and nothing has improved. Tried drive thru and coming inside. Both take forever! Customer service has really gone downhill as well. Today the guy working the window didn’t know how to give back proper change.

Panera is a go-to when we're travelling, so we've been to many. The LACK of food this location serves was actually shocking.

I'd very honestly be embarrassed to give it to someone for free; charging $9+ for it should be an April fools' joke. Tried another location in Michigan with similar (though not as bad) experience.

THEY ALSO DON'T FULLY BLEND THEIR SMOOTHIES. I've never just had ice cube chunks in a smoothie before...and I don't want to again.
AT LEAST MAKE WHAT YOU ARE GIVING CUSTOMERS A DECENT QUALITY. Confused how this location is still in business after giving them a couple chances to see this kind of consistent customer treatment and lack of effort/care.
