This is the SLOWEST Panera I have ever been to. I’ve come here about 10 times and nothing has improved. Tried drive thru and coming inside. Both take forever! Customer service has really gone downhill as well. Today the guy working the window didn’t know how to give back proper change.

Panera is a go-to when we're travelling, so we've been to many. The LACK of food this location serves was actually shocking.
I'd very honestly be embarrassed to give it to someone for free; charging $9+ for it should be an April fools' joke. Tried another location in Michigan with similar (though not as bad) experience.
THEY ALSO DON'T FULLY BLEND THEIR SMOOTHIES. I've never just had ice cube chunks in a smoothie before...and I don't want to again. AT LEAST MAKE WHAT YOU ARE GIVING CUSTOMERS A DECENT QUALITY. Confused how this location is still in business after giving them a couple chances to see this kind of consistent customer treatment and lack of effort/care.

The coffee cups are AWFUL. They have poor rigidity and the lids don’t fit well and keep popping off. So stupid, you’re just asking for someone to get burned from their coffee. Service is SLOW, like way too slow. And this store clearly wasn’t mopped or cleaned from the day before. Or maybe ever

The guy working the drive thru is not personable at all. The tattoo sleeves alone combined with his super negative attitude makes me feel icky. Then reading another recent review about how dirty the inside is makes me feel super uncomfortable about anything that's handed to me. I won't be back.

The food was good but I only had soup and salad, but I have never been in a restaurant so dirty before the floors and walls were caked with food build up. Just look up and the light brackets have so much dust and grease on them it looks like a blanket especially over the area they prep your food. There is a set of flood lights on the ceiling above the waiting bench that have mold on them and it's spread all over the wall. I was shocked having worked in a restaurant for 10+ years I have never seen anything like it. Just look at any light fixtures above the tables or under the soda station you'll see what I mean. I wanted to pull a manager aside and point these things out but I don't want to be that girl so I didn't

Im not one to leave negative reviews, but now the last 2 times I've used the drive thru I have waited 15-25 minutes of my lunch break to get a bagel. Mind you, while hardly anyone/no one else is there. After my order was taken, I pull up to the window with my car window down (in the cold) and can actively hear the team messing around, making jokes and laughing.
One time I was understanding of, as maybe it's just an off day, but now 2 times in less than 1 week is a bit frustrating, as I'm only getting a bagel, at a bakery, that told me they actively have the bagels in stock and I'm not waiting for them to bake. I'm all for workplace fun, but get your orders out, your taking up other people's break time to screw around.
