The workers here are absolutely disrespectful. They act like it’s a horrible inconvenience for them to be doing their jobs at their job. Never have they been polite. We ordered a cheeseburger only ketchup and a cheeseburger made of the original way like with ketchup, mustard and pickle and onion. They ask what I meant by that and I said can I get a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and pickled onions order two pop two fries pulled up and the order was wrong. I waited there. Stop making it "company policy" to STEAL from customers. I understand the concept of upselling. However, to do it with integrity, you must provide ALL the selling options. That means you don't train your staff to ONLY ask "medium or large" after they order a combo. If small is the price on the menu, then small should also be included in the "upsell."
