First time at a Rally's. Friendly staff, very good fries and a good chicken sandwich. However the men's washroom was pretty dirty which is a big turn off. Makes you wonder about the kitchen's condition. Once again this is the only place of the franchise I've visited. I'm not judging the whole company.

The workers here are absolutely disrespectful. They act like it’s a horrible inconvenience for them to be doing their jobs at their job. Never have they been polite. The blond girl working the window about ten minutes ago was incredibly strange and held eye contact without a smile like she wanted me dead. All I ordered was a soft drink. They will turn the lights off and pretend to be closed some nights. It was 9pm on a Friday one time so I pulled to the speaker and they come out the back door asking if I was with doordash and rolled their eyes when I said no. They want to be paid for doing nothing and treating customers like trash. As someone who works in the restaurant industry I find this to be a gross display of “hospitality” and I hope the owners and managers get their employees into check.

Ordered a Big Buford meal with large fries. Plus a 10 piece wings. The fires were hardly cooked and instead of a burger I got a bbq chicken sandwich. The wings had so much buffalo sauce on them I couldn't eat them.
seems like every time i go here there is something wrong. my order is wrong, the machines are down, etc. sometimes i just want a fast food dinner but it’s not worth it here at this point

Our 3rd time trying to eat there. Finally was able to and never again. Place always looks closed. But the food was cold and awful. AI got the order right but the kitchen didn't. You'd think for $10 a meal food be fresh and team members made food the right way.
