Got a 40$ order and just not even gonna post the rest … this was just a simple chili dog and they didn’t have the common decency to tell me ANY of my food was 4th hours plus OLD and RECOOKED . i called and just asked for a refund and they told me “we can remake your food and we can’t give you a refund because we’re closed” … i’m sorry what?!!

If you order a bunch of bite boxes why would you only get one sauce?? Why EVERYTIME I ask for more sauce they don’t give me what I ask for even when I say I’ll pay extra they say I gotcha they don’t got me 1-2 cups of sauce is not enough for 2 1/2 pound bit boxes so irritating it’s all the time with them!

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to report a very unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had at your restaurant this week.

On Monday, I ordered the “2 for $5” deal with both sandwiches on seedless buns due to an allergy, and both with cheese—one chicken sandwich and one cheeseburger. When I returned to work and checked the food, both sandwiches had sesame seed buns. I went back to the restaurant and the sandwiches were remade with the correct buns, but only one had cheese, even though I clearly ordered cheese on both.

At that point, I asked for a refund. The manager told me the refund was processed and would appear on my card within 24 hours. The next day (Tuesday), there was still no refund. When I went back, I was told it might take 48 hours, and that if it did not go through by Wednesday, they would refund me in cash.

On Wednesday, I returned again. While the supervisor was processing the refund at the drive-through window, I heard another employee loudly making comments clearly directed at me:
• “It’s only six dollars, we’re not balls out for six bucks.”
• “This guy keeps coming up here to harass us over six dollars.”
• “You can’t even buy a bag of weed with six dollars.”

These comments were unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unprovoked. When I stepped aside to see who was speaking, I saw it was a Caucasian woman with dark green hair. I calmly told her that the amount didn’t matter—it was my money and I deserved the refund.

Instead of correcting the employee, the supervisor threatened to call the police on me and then told me that if I didn’t “shut up,” she wouldn’t issue the refund at all. This behavior was uncalled for, hostile, and unacceptable, especially given that I had been nothing but patient while trying to resolve a mistake the restaurant made multiple times.

I left feeling disrespected, embarrassed, and concerned that I was being treated this way either because they were having a bad day—or because I am a Black customer. Either way, no one deserves this treatment.

I will never eat at this location again, and I will not recommend it to anyone. I am requesting that this matter be addressed and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employees involved.

I wasn’t able to get any food due to the stench of pure garage at the drive-thru window. Don’t know if they’re having an issue with the store but geez I could not bare to be in that for another second let alone have my food be made with that smell in the air.

The Double Olive Burger was delicious, and the Chicken Bites and Fries came with an excellent serving of chicken. The happiest member of the crew was so outstanding that I am coming back to try other local eateries. This was delicious to the Max, and to the one drive-through cashier, you got it!

November 20 update JAYDIN was our drive-through assistant who did a fantastic job today with a Sensi Hoover and begging forgiveness for forgetting to give us a ranch dressing that my wife wanted for her meal but aside from that this entire crew does an excellent job preparing food and as I was getting this review ready I realize I’m completely forgot to take pictures of my food to show you how delicious my double cheeseburger was I’m sorry double Olive burger I don’t even know what I ate but anyways, so if I’m including pictures of the after so that you can imagine how delicious these fantastic items were the critical fries or a spice fry whatever fries they have I don’t know but the french

JAYDIN. I look forward to returning to rallies to get another milkshake. I’ve never had it before, and as I said, wow, he had taken our order and realized that they only had one apple pie in place of the two that we originally ordered, so he substituted a chocolate milkshake for me. I graciously took it, and my wife got the apple pie. I’ll tell you, this milkshake, which I’ve never had before, is absolutely delicious.
I look forward to returning to rallies to get another milkshake. I’ve never had it before, and like I said, wow, fries the burger, it was all delicious

We've given this place to many chances a left disappointed every time. First time we showed up and they closed a hour early. Second time they didn't have the food we wanted. Third time we got someone else's order. Fourth time we double checked with the server if the food for ours and he said yes, open our bag and it's wrong. Last chance and they don't have the food we want. Highly recommend just getting the fries at Walmart and going somewhere else.

Rally's! Checkers! Whatever you call it, good food will follow! This location, in Fenton, MI is a little ways away from US23, but is still easy enough to find. Hot, fresh food available, service can be a bit slow and errors are frequently made on your order, but a little patience will make your experience better! Hungry! Eat at Rally's today!
