Not a place I'd ever eat at again, I only ordered 2 burgers from they're website (phone app) so it was simple and wanted a quick bite. Ordered 2 burgers with fries on the burgers, which is weird but I placed the order anyways, got there and the (Window lady) where we pick our food up looked like a Convict and acted even worse, very rude no manners and rushed us. On top of that BOTH burgers didn't have fries on the burger like they're website said AND I got charged for it. All I ordered was 2 burgers and they still messed up the order. NOT A GOOD LOCATION And even worse employees at the window. Normally I don't leave reviews and i NEVER eat at Rallys but they had me feeling some type of way after that, one day she'll meet a person who doesn't have as much self control. Thanks but no thanks Rallys ???

I find the food is never warm. I have had to take burger out of bun and warm it when I get home- 4 mins from Rally’s. That tells me burger is cooked ahead and broth or warmer is not hot.

Don’t come often and usually do get good food when I do, but tonight was really frustrating. I came at like 953 (Open sign was on) pulled in only to be told they’re closed. I pulled away, but then thought it was weird because I’ve definitely had their food later when I’ve gotten off work. I see they changed their hours to 10p. Anyways I pulled back in and asked if they at least had apple pies left. Guy told me no they would have to make them fresh and they’re closed - this was at 957 this time. I asked “I thought yall were open til 10?” The guy didn’t reply so I left after a minute. Super bummed. Having a rough night and just wanted one of their apple pies. They were turning the lights off inside when I pulled away so these guys definitely started breaking down/closing up long before 10p.

First time at a Rally's. Food was good. All the lights were off in the lobby, and there was "no seating"signs everywhere. Unfortunately I was towing a trailer so the drive through wasn't an option... Took the order to go.

Took my 2 neices out tonight. We dined inside.. met Jacob S. And Parker S. Excellent service..they had personality ? and food was perfect..it was later in evening and they were cleaning. I asked what time they closed..and they both were very nice and said no worries..take your time enjoy. Give these guys a free donut or something! Bravo. This great service is rare and should be noted and recognized ?

This negative of this review is more about Rallys, in general, while the positive is for this location.The positive:CleanVery friendly staffThe negative:It all tasted like cheap, cafeteria food. The mozzarella sticks are blah, the marinera cheap. The fries are gross and the burger was a waste of money. This is cheap food at normal pricing. I was really upset and disappointed in just how bad Rally's is. To reiterate, if you like Rallys, you will like it. The store is a good one in that way.
