The waitress needs better training. I’m not sure why she assumed 1 of my 2 kids should get the junior sized portion when we clearly ordered the regular dinner portion. I noticed when the chef put down the order paper in front of me and saw there was an error but when I asked the waitress, she said there was nothing they could do because they already set out the food that was needed for the order. Which made no sense because he didn’t even start cooking yet. You couldn’t just go grab a few more shrimp for my kid to make it a regular portion?
The chef was good and the food was good, but not I’m not impressed with the waitress. I most likely will not come back to this location.

My friend and I attempted to eat lunch here yesterday. I wanted the hibachi shrimp (which I have ordered for take out several times) and we were told we could only order from the bistro menu unless we sat at the grill. It was 95 degrees yesterday and neither my friend or I wanted to sit next to the hot grill - nor were we interested in the "show" (watching our food being prepared).Also apparently if you are getting "bistro" food you are unable to sit at the tables in the front by the windows, you have to sit in a tiny, DARK windowless area in the back. And we were the ONLY PEOPLE in the restaurant. We left and went to Sagebrush for lunch. I hope management reads the reviews and changes their policy.

Walk in at 1:10 for lunch and turned away with a 2pm close time, again….

Got there 40 minutes before close, just to be told we can’t be seated as the people who walked in directly in front of us from the parking lot were escorted to their table.

Above and beyond. So my encore started smoking and broke down outside with my fiance and 2 son's under two I'm looking down trying to pop it in neutral and this guy comes running out to help.

He helped me push it back out of the street and we began to wait for a ride and call for a tow. Upon us waiting over an hour he comes back out running my family some hot soup while we were waiting and checking on us.

The food here is always amazing and the guy that helped me I wish I got his name. This place will forever be a top destination for me its not just amazing good but the people have amazing hearts.

I miss Saganos in Brighton so for a treat i drove up to the Fenton location. Was given a 30 minute pick up time for carry out on a slow night. Food wasn't ready for over an hour and i had to just wait around. It's frustrating when resturants say just a few more minutes, and you're stuck waiting because who knows when it will actually be ready? If it was a busy night, I'd be more understanding. I just dont get resturants with zero transparency with customers. Food wasn't even that good. Overall disappointed.
