Usually I’d recommend but today was over an hour and a half wait after the wait list saying 11-26 min wait and one of us ordered the shrimp tacos and got sick in the parking lot immediately after eating.
BEST Wet Beef Burrito I/we have had in North Oakland County.. We do carry Out ALL. the time at Sagebrush. Food HOT. and ready to go. We get a Large Wet Beef Burrito and Chips. Excellent! This Burrito feeds three of us, my wife and I (half) my son the other half….. and a small left over plate. Chips fresh……..Salsa tasty/spicy. FIVE ⭐️’s………and a FANTASTIC telephone order coordinator.
We had such a wonderful dinner tonight. Our meal came out quickly and was delicious. Kevin was our waiter and despite it being extremely busy. He did an incredible job taking care of of us. He was so polite and efficient. We’ve been going to Sagebrush for years!
If you’re lucky enough to grab a seat at the bar when Alexys is working, you’re in for a treat! She’s the perfect mix of professional and personable . She is always polite, respectful, and genuinely attentive to everyone who sits down. You can tell right away that she absolutely loves what she does. Her energy is contagious, she’s playful, funny, and knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, she remembers your drink, your story, and makes you feel like part of the bar family. It’s no surprise that she brings a crowd of regulars to the bar top every day just to see her. In a world where great service can be hard to find, Alexys is one of the main reasons people keep coming back to this bar. you’ll instantly see why she’s the heart of this place. She doesn’t just serve drinks, she creates an experience. Tyler is absolutely fantastic! I can’t say enough great things about him! He’s one of those bartenders and servers who completely elevates your experience from the moment you sit down. He’s attentive in all the right ways — always checking in when you need something but never hovering. You can tell he truly enjoys his job and takes pride in making sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. What really stands out about Tyler is how personable and relatable he is. He connects with everyone who walks through the door — whether you’re a regular or a first-time guest, he remembers faces, names, and even favorite drinks. His easygoing personality, professionalism, and sense of humor create such a comfortable and fun atmosphere. It’s clear why so many people come back just to sit at his bar. Service like his is hard to come by these days. Tyler goes above and beyond to make sure everyone leaves smiling. If he’s working, you can count on great conversation, perfectly made drinks, and top-notch service every single time. He’s definitely a big part of what makes this place so special!
Service was great but food was horrible! Ordered chicken fajitas and the peppers/onions were charcoal black and not edible. Chicken that came with it was dry and maybe 4 oz worth. Mexican pizza was soggy and fell apart when picking it up! And the prices now are honestly appalling. I understand that prices have went up but a majority of your appetizers are at least $15 which is crazy! Ive been a repeat customer of Sagebrush for at least 10 years please do better!
Food quality poor. Proteins flavorless. Margaritas full of sour mix. We were told our food was taking longer because the shrimp had to be “prepped”, which from the looks of the result meant defrosted.
My husband and I have been going there since 1999 however we went and did not have a very good experience our waitress was not tentative at all she had a table behind us where she sat 7 or 8 times with obviously friends took them ice water walked right past our table as we were low on water and did not fill ours I feel the food has gone downhill I even asked if there was a new owner and I was told no we usually get the same thing and it is not the same it is definitely different than gone downhill was very disappointed
Food was terrible, service was good though. Ordered a kids quesadilla it was a dripping soggy inedible mess. For $9 it comes with nothing no rice no beans no sides. A very expensive tortilla with no chicken. No veggies. Just soggy wet cheese. Ordered the appetizer chicken tenders as well. What I got looked like it was the end of the bag and chef didn’t want to open another. I got 5 barely edible end pieces of breading that seemed cut in half and were about one bite each. Combined equaled maybe 1.5 tenders for $15. One bowl of queso cheese was over $10. Save your money. Go to Cancun or somewhere else.
There is something off with their food...It was terrible. I feel sick! I will not be back...yuck
Food was good, nothing special and not worth the high prices. Had 2 different cocktails and they were both weak, and not good flavor wise. Had at other places and were great.

The food was just OK. I got two beef tacos that were over salty. My husband got a steak quesadilla and the steak had zero flavor .The service was minimal. He didn’t come back very often to check on us or refill anything after the checks were laid on the table. We stayed and chatted for just a little bit. They were not busy. Our server never came back to ask if we would like any more water or anything

We ordered carryout from the Fenton location on 2/13/25 at around 7pm. The person taking the order rushed me through the order and was not that pleasant. The food was ready pretty quickly but the quality was terrible! A single shrimp taco with no omissions or substitutions just as is on the menu(pictured) was ordered among other items. The bill totaled $85.00 and not worth it at all. The food was bland and quality poor. I will stick with the place down the road.

I ordered supreme nachos. They brought me a GIANT platter. As nachos go, they were on the better side. But they had hugh slices of carrot and long limp strips of green pepper on them.
That was so strange !!!!! Don’t know whose mama’s recipe it was, but it was a hugh negative. I always order nachos. Don’t think I’ll order them there again, if i ever go back.
The steak in the nachos was good. I will say that, but the veggies, not so much.
Very Disappointed !!!!!

Listen I don’t usually write reviews but this is an exception and want to warn people. The overall experience was not great but not terrible for 3 people with a couple beers was over $110 which first of all is outrageous for Mexican food. 2 chimichangas and a quesadilla nothing fancy and the food you may ask? BLAND!!!!!! Heave that warning It literally tasted like something you eat at a retirement home. They messed up my quesadilla 2 times and still was forced to pay full price I asked to 2 bowls of chili to go and never received it and by the time I got home which is 30 minutes away in Howell I called and the lady on the phone was so unbelievably non empathetic that she said “well what the hell do you want me to do?” And then immediately hung up on me.. like I just spent $130 on food and drinks that let’s be honest NOT GOOD (but edible) and that’s how you talk to your customer? So if you made this far I hope you get the gist and find somewhere else to eat because it’s not worth going here that’s for sure and I will never go back again that’s how bad it was
