It just gets better and better every very year!
I have never had a bad experience here.
Excellent cider and crispy donuts. Add to that the winery, farm animals, kids play area and antique farm equipment museum. A great place to go.
It's great.
Good cinnamon donuts
Rundown, over priced and very dangerous for little kids. The sand area has huge holes in the ground, a huge tripping hazard for the little ones that play there. Equipment is sharp and rusted. Bathrooms are disgusting. Very unimpressed with how they've let this place go yet charge more every year.
Love this place so much !!
Every year forever !
Went there today. It was fun for the kids. BEAUTIFUL PLACE. They really did a great job with all the activities, and you never had to wait too long for a tractor ride to pick you up. However, I know that this is the big season for the local farmers and orchards right now. I get that the prices are high for the season. This is when they make most of their money for the year. I love supporting family-owned businesses like this. What I didn't like was the price the food vendors were charging. A walking taco was $14, and a 16-oz drink was $4.00. Make sure to eat before you go. It's crazy getting three drinks and two walking tacos, and it came out to $44. Bubble Tea for one drink was $9, and the funnel cake was $10.00. Get a big purse and bring your own food. I won't be price gouged like that again.
I see they've gotten a bit greedy in terms of the activities, I don't remember having to pay for a wristband to see the animals in the petting zoo last time I visited, nor do I remember the prices of everything being so high. I did not partake in the activities as I don't see the expense as worth it. What I will say, though, is that Spicer's donuts are THEE BEST orchard donuts I have ever tasted. They are worth the ever-increasing price tag (to a point, don't go gettin any more crazy on us). I would give their donuts a 10/10. I got the pumpkin cinnamon and the cinnamon sugar and wowza. For me, they are the new Erwins (formerly in South Lyon) in terms of donut deliciousness, before nobody could compare with Erwins for me but now I get my treats at Spicers. Delicious cider slushie as well.
If anything, go for the donuts! The apples are priced ridiculously. The store is cute and full of interesting trinkets, fudge, taffy, popcorn, jams and jellies, all you could hope for. I come for the donuts though, yum.
I love going to Spicer's! It is huge and they have great Apples, Cider and doughnuts! I especially love the Fudge! It is great! I can't wait to go back there!
Overall we had fun, wish there was more to do during the week but I get it. The lady at the checkout counter needs a serious attitude adjustment because the next time she snatches something out of my autistic toddlers hand, we're gonna have a problem.

We had a great time apple picking at Spicer’s! Lots of fun activities for the kids, good cider and the best donuts ever! The orchard trees are all short which allowed even our 4 year old to enjoy picking.
Location is easy to find and the establishment has a lot to offer! It was raining when I went so a lot of the attractions looked closed but I liked how the attractions were on a different “level” than the cidermill. You went down a few stairs to get to all of the attractions, it was set up really well. Girls and I enjoyed the winery with a large selection of wines, ciders, and beers. Donuts were good but a little too fried in my opinion (didn’t stop me from eating them tho). I’d go back!
Staff was kind, donuts were honestly spectacular. Thank you!
A great place to go to normally come every year before Halloween
Wonderful home-spun orchard and fun gift shop. We picked raspberries and blueberries and were impressed by the quality and especially loved the tractor ride!
