Mostly friendly and helpful employees, except if Mia is making your drinks plan on waiting much much longer as she prefers to keep her full focus and attention to the men at the counter. If she is approached and interrupted during her prowling, you will be looked at and treated like the biggest inconvenience pile of crap of her day.

taste good but i love my ice drink! it’s literally pure ice. and they didn't even give me my caramel drizzle. 37 dollars for 3 drinks and two paninis and two drinks were made missing something when it wasn’t even busy, there was no line.

This place NEVER has drinks that ALL the other starbucks in town ALWAYS have. Its ridiculously frustrating. Can't tell you how many times this place 1. Made the drinks incorrectly, 2. Wasted our time bc we sat in line and they yet again didnt have the drink we wanted. Even changed up our drinks to non seasonal ones and still this location cant come thru.

Another bad coffee - peppermint mocha with no peppermint. Took me a 1/2 hour to turn the car around go in, wait in the line and get it remade. They did it no sorry or anything just remade it - I WILL NEVER DRIVE AWAY FROM YOUR DRIVE THRU AGAIN WITHOUT TRYING, your quality is just too bad!

Ian is the only employee that will speak to customers. The rest of the staff only talk to one another via headset and throw dirty looks at you when you try to engage in communication. Same poor customer service for 15+ months. Love the matching black Tshirts.

Check your drink! I ordered iced flat white. I thought coffee was strong. I live in Holly half way home I realized the strong taste was actually very stale coffee. How disappointing! I planned to sip on that drink this evening. NOW I have nothing to sip on. Use ur common sense because that drink was bitter with ur careless choice to use stale coffee .. Downright thoughtless and super careless. I called to complain but they didn't answer.

I don’t go to Starbucks that often but I’ve tried to go twice this month and they are always out of everything.

I go to this location almost everyday, and their service is always on point. They make my ice brown sugar expresso perfect and the girl I see at the drive thru all the time is so nice! I wish I knew her name, I feel bad. But honestly everyone there is very kind. I look forward every day to swinging by and grabbing my drink :)
