The lady's here are very rude and every time I come in they always give me attitude Don't come here just go to a different subway their food sucks they are very rude not worth it just drive to a different subway!!!!!!!!!

This location has really gone downhill. One person ahead of me in the drive through line and I had to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich! They were taking orders and making sandwiches for anyone who walked in AFTER I had already been in line. Ignoring the drive thru is what they do here. Horrible customer service!! Sandwich wasn’t that great either, and they forgot the ham in my turkey ham sandwich.

I recently moved to the area and decided to get sandwiches for my 12 hour shift. I ordered several hours ahead of time online. But I get there and there’s another person waiting for their food ordered ahead of time. I ask about mine because it’s time for my food to be ready. I get a yours is still being made. No it hadn’t even been started. 20 minutes later it’s ready. It was completely dead inside the restaurant as well. I can get over that but the sandwich was probably the worst I’ve ever had! Dry stale bread and barely any toppings or meat. It was a terrible experience. Disappointing since this is on my way to work and closest to my house but I’m driving out of my way from now on to another location. Another person got me a sandwich from there as well and it was disgusting! Never again!! Now I know why it was completely dead!

My wife ordered in drive through for my daughter that wanted a flatbread, with salami, provolone, and mustard. The woman in the drive through asked if she wanted to make it a kids meal. Yes. That is all. The woman in the drive through didn't understand the order, then said it was going to be $19.00, for a 6" with meat, cheese, mustard, small drink, and chips. When my wife asked why it was $19.00, the woman said "I don't set the prices". My wife had to pull away, that is a ridiculous price. We own a business, too bad that some people do not know how to run theirs!!!!

Ordered 2 sandwiches... I "asked" for extra olives and I suggested " a handful" and the guy behind the counter did as I had asked!!!! Managed Heidi came out and yelled at him even after he "customer request" and she yelled at him. Right in front of me "THE CUSTOMER". Very unprofessional and very rude!!!! I can only imagine how she treats these employees... Hey team if your look long for a better place WITH BETTER MANAGEMENT... Just let me know because I know places that are hiring and actually listens to it's employees!!!

Worst cold cut trio ever ordered. The bread was several days old so hard you could not eat it. What waste of money. I owned a resturant I know old and that was old whole wheat bread.

worst experience at subway ever. workers were chitchatting with a customer that already had her order while i was waiting. there was 2 of them and it took me a good 10 minutes before i even got talked to. the girl making my order wasn’t even focused on me and kept randomly stopping and doing other things. the other worker had to walk over to take out my sandwich from the toaster because it was constantly beeping, while the girl was on her phone mid order.
