Food and staff are great, but they replaced the drive thru box with an AI, which is bad and annoying.

Removed another star because the AI box is so annoying. It asks so many questions.

Did a drive-thru order today and was caught off guard by their new AI ordering.....btw so dumb....anyways, a young boy came on and very rudely said, "It only takes your order. What can I get you?" In a very sassy and annoyed tone. I guess he wasn't amused, and we weren't fast enough ordering. The place was empty, and there was no reason for his attitude. Hope he knows this will eventually be the reason he won't have a job soon, and AI will rule. LOL...... I will not be returning to this location based on the poor customer service this young boy provided. Plus, this Tacobell is never up to par on the food. Holly has way better staff, and food is always accurate, fresh, and fast.

Ordered crunchy taco supremes and a burrito supreme but no sour cream was on any of it! Why does this happen? It wasn't busy...I was the only one in the drive thru...🫤

Completely wrong order. And overcharged. Female on was beyond rude and tried to blame my wife for the issue…would not let me talk to a manager … “ there’s nothing we can do about it you’ll have to file a complaint on the website.
Going to bank and having the charges reversed for overcharge.
Please do not shop this Taco Bell!! Not the first time with issues there. Pisspoor automation, hiring bad workers, sub par food. The town of Fenton deserves better than this treatment.

Even one review is to much! Stopped in to grab some food with my daughter. Ordered on the kiosk and didn’t receive the barrito I ordered. Gracie said I didn’t order the barrito which I know I did and then when I walked away she said have a nice day in a really snotty way and started clapping. This little girl has no customer service experience. Anyone who eats here please don’t communicate with her. Will NEVER order here again! IDE rather spend my money at places that treat their customers right!!!!!!!

Was so excited for this Taco Bell chicken quesadilla. First bite in and bit a whole chicken bone. They gave me a refund but threw me for a loop.

Never would I go back. They have a full crew but they can't take your order at the counter. You either use the kiosk or the AI at the drive thru. AI can't seem to get an order straight and the kiosk takes 3 times as long just wanted a quick snack. Left with nothing

i’ve had several horrible experiences here recently which lead me to write this review. this location WILL FORGET OR MAKE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR FOOD EVERY TIME. literally been here probably 10 times in the past 2 months and without fail they mess up my order. i thought the AI ordering was supposed to fix that? nope it’s annoying to work with and actually makes order accuracy worse because the employees get to care even less than they already do. the main reason i’m writing this review isn’t about any of that but because i was in a wrap around line and i’m waiting paitent ly when all of a sudden a girl with short black hair who was wearing a tacobell shirt came and took the order of the person behind me and brought him his food and he didn’t even pay. i can only assume she did this because she’s friends with this person which honestly explains why i’m in a wrap around line crappy teenagers thinking they can put their crappy friends above other people who have been waiting just as long if not longer. fast food places you need to hire people who actually care to work and aren’t going to give your company a bad name.
