Got a Togo order that was pretty big. They got the entire order right. Gave us extras of our condiments and the butter for the rolls. Great experience overall. All the food was still warm and fresh even after we got it home to eat it. Thank you!!!

Parking: They seriously need several more handicapped parking spaces, as my dad is in a wheelchair, and we have another handicapped family member using a cane. It's a shame that we always have to park in the far end of the lot. We've actually changed our mind on dining there a handful of times, when it's just too difficult to park.
This is the reason I didn't rate 5 stars.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's awful trying to find a handicapped spot to begin with. But, it's also difficult to get a wheelchair in there. Sometimes a customer will be nearby and offer to hold the doors for us, but we've never had assistance from an employee.

It's rare I give a restaurant 5 star reviews, let alone a chain restaurant. Not gonna lie - blew my mind. The food was great, the sirloin was amazingly tender, and our waiteess Kaylee was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend the rattlesnake bites and the southwestern sauce. Pure bliss if you like spice. The cheese fries are loaaaded. Definitely add chili if you're up for it. Great drinks and a good crowd ?

Three of us got seated right away. We had ordered our meals and drink within the first 10 minutes of being seated. our waitress came over once to explain the kitchen was short staffed. we waited over an hour for our meal. our dishes were barely warm. overall it was a very disappointing visit to one of our favorite local places.

This place stinks. 55 minutes for an entree. “Steak” came burnt. My sons hot dog tasted better than what I got. Never again. Server was nice and thats the only reason for anything above a one.

Why is it that every single time I purchase a dozen rolls to go they give me a box of dark over cooked rolls? The "free" rolls you get with your meal always are always cooked perfectly and then they give a box of burned rolls.

I’ve been here three times. The last time I decided to write a review. Every visit they cooked my steak completely wrong. The manager took my steak back two times, the waitress once. The manager only took off $6!. Everyone at my table was finished eating by the time I got my steak back for the third time. I will not be back.

Got on their waiting list for dinner on a Friday night, it said it was a 10 minute wait. Got there place was packed. Girl said it was a 15 minute wait to get seated. Waited 30 minutes. But noticed nothing was coming out of the kitchen very quickly. We all had tickets to a show at 7pm. Asked how much longer, it was going on 6 pm now.. told her we had tickets at 7 pm. She said we can seat you, but your food probably won't be out by 7 pm. So we left, ate at a place down the road. They got us in and out by 645 pm. So we could make our show.

Our server, Buffy, was absolutely amazing. We never had to ask for anything, but never felt pestered. One steak was a little under done for one of us. She took it back right away and then had the manager bring it back out after more cooking. Buffy deserves employee of the month.. *Everything was very salty to me.
