Two of my favorite things boba and ice cream, genius! First off, the ice cream itself is top-notch. They have a nice selection of flavors. I tried the raspberry tart refresher tea with sour boba, and it was seriously addictive. The shop itself is super cute and clean, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful especially anna! If you're looking for a unique and delicious treat, you HAVE to check out scoop!

The ice cream here is really good. They have plenty of non-dairy options. I just wish they were open when they said they were. I have gone here 5 times for ice cream this past year and 3 of those times, they were closed when their hours said open. Wish it was consistent.

Your hours on google say you are open until 10pm. We showed up on a Friday night at 8:55pm and the doors are unlocked but the 3 staff members told us they are closed. Update your hours or serve your paying customers.

Hours are not accurately listed on website. Showed up at 8:55pm on a Friday night where your Facebook page and google states that you are open until 10pm. We walked in and we’re immediately told they are closed by the three girls working. Disappointed because we’re located in Holly and chose to drive to Fenton instead of another ice cream place equal distance away. Even if you close at 9pm, it is disrespectful to turn away customers that show up before the official closing time. Sharing to help save others potential customers from lost time and miles. Friday night date nights will not include the scoop in Fenton moving forward.

We went to get ice cream and at 7:30, the sign was off. I had to call to check about of it was open because I looked it up and it said 9pm was close on Google. After a few rings, someone answered and I asked what time they closed because Google said one thing but their sign was off. She said they closed at 8. I walked across the street and the door was locked. A second later someone unlocked the door. Kind of ridiculous for pretty average ice cream at a high cost.
