Your hours on google say you are open until 10pm. We showed up on a Friday night at 8:55pm and the doors are unlocked but the 3 staff members told us they are closed. Update your hours or serve your paying customers.

Hours are not accurately listed on website. Showed up at 8:55pm on a Friday night where your Facebook page and google states that you are open until 10pm. We walked in and we’re immediately told they are closed by the three girls working. Disappointed because we’re located in Holly and chose to drive to Fenton instead of another ice cream place equal distance away. Even if you close at 9pm, it is disrespectful to turn away customers that show up before the official closing time. Sharing to help save others potential customers from lost time and miles. Friday night date nights will not include the scoop in Fenton moving forward.

We went to get ice cream and at 7:30, the sign was off. I had to call to check about of it was open because I looked it up and it said 9pm was close on Google. After a few rings, someone answered and I asked what time they closed because Google said one thing but their sign was off. She said they closed at 8. I walked across the street and the door was locked. A second later someone unlocked the door. Kind of ridiculous for pretty average ice cream at a high cost.

Superb customer service and cute, fun atmosphere. Several fun choices for shakes or bowls. My teenage son checked out many "Monster Shake" ice cream shops and chose this one. We drove 45 minutes to go. He said the employees were so friendly and nice. Only reason we didn't give it a 5 star review is because the shake descriptions and pictures online did not measure up to the actual shakes we got. He was looking forward to all "the extras" and was a bit disappointed.

This was our first time trying ice cream here at The Scoop. This could really be a sweet spot but the ice cream is nothing special. The weeds are overgrown out front and the tables on the porch were dirty. The inside of the shop has the smell of cleaning products. It is such a cute house but it needs some TLC.

The workers did not know what was going on. Kept getting orders wrong and throwing away ice cream. Crazy cross contamination with the gloves too.
This place was terrible. The very first time I’d ever been and the 2 girls didn’t even greet us when me and my son walked in. They stopped talking and just stared at the ice cream until I asked where I made my order and they wouldn’t answer any of my questions. As soon as we walked away they pulled out their phones and started gossiping. When we got up to leave they stopped talking and just stared at us for a solid 2 minutes while we got our stuff and walked out. Plus one of the macaroons chipped my tooth. This place is absolutely awful. I have NEVER felt so UNWELCOME somewhere as I did here.

This is hersheys ice cream… I don’t go here because even though it’s the only option in downtown, it’s nothing compared to rays or the garage! It also has a weird smell like the dishcloths used to clean the tables have been left out too long. Kind of mildew-y with a hint of cleaning product.
