A close friend and I decided to have dinner at The Tavern in Fenton, Michigan about a week ago. This is the former location of The Meeting Place. The atmosphere is casual bordering on upscale. The food was amazing! My friend ordered grilled ahi tuna and I had a chicken pasta dish. Our waitress Kaity provided exceptional service with a warm heartfelt personality. I must admit/confess I'm typically very critical in my reviews of restaurants but I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about The Tavern. I will definitely be dining there again!

We drove from an hour away to try The Tavern out and are so glad we did. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Brenden, our waiter, was very knowledgeable, attentive, and had a great attitude. The music on Friday night was great, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was better than what even shows online. We will be back!!
