Easily the best Tim Hortons in Fenton, even though it shares space with a gas station. Best suited for drive thru or take out. Amazing staff is polite, quick, knowledgeable and accurate. My order is often ready before I complete the financial transaction.

Over a year ago I placed an order to this Tim Hortons for coffee and donuts to go. I placed the order well in advance so I could pick it up on my way. When I arrived I was told my order hadn't been started and it would take another 20 minutes for the coffee to be brewed. I said I didn't have the time to wait for it and since nothing had been prepared I would just take a refund for the food. The team said I would have to contact customer service for a refund. Since then I have contacted customer service and the manager on site multiple times. No one will help me, refund me, or just give me a gift card for the almost $40 in food that I paid for and never received. This store took my money and gave me no product and refuses to do anything about it.

Placed an order on the Tim Hortons app. When at the drive thru to pick up order. I Was told that the order could not be completed because two of the items were breakfast items and they could not make them. They instructed us to cancel the order on the app because they could not do that for us and this was the option for a refund . Guess what???? The app tells you to go to the location because they are the only one who may be able to assist. Went back to the store for them to say they can’t help and do not know why the app said that. Asked if we could come back tomorrow during breakfast to pick up the order? The store said yes. Why would the store not just give that as an option instead of having to ask the question to get a resolve after paying for an order they didn’t provide. And they only offer is go to the app and cancel the order? Then for the staff to act annoyed you are in there asking for help when all they had to say is if you don’t mind coming in tomorrow morning and the order can be filled. Why do I have the feeling that is not going to happen tomorrow when we return to pick up the order.

Never again will I ever come thier in the morning the white male with the Detroit tattoo on his arm who works the morning shift tried to fight a customer and threaten to physically put him out and was constantly cursing and yelling in front on my children all because he was asked why he couldn’t take a 100$ bill ,Tim Hortons it’s very sad that your heading to a downfall of the company and I see why because of employees treating loyal customers like this it’s sickening the customer did nothing wrong but stick up for him self

Sad to say I will no longer be going to Tim Hortons. I have been a customer for years and go six days a week to get a medium coffee and donut before work. Today I went and it was $6.01 for a medium coffee and donut. I read their sign talking about how they have to raise prices AGAIN due to the increase of costs for paper products, however the inflation bit is old and being used by every establishment as an excuse to over-inflate prices to the point they will lose customers. This has been used since Covid began and it’s been five years now and to me it’s simply greed. I can no longer spend my hard earned income on a place that takes advantage of “inflation” in 2025, when it’s been here for four years. I will be making my own coffee from here on out. Very sad. You will lose customers, we can only take so much before we decide enough is enough. Going from $4.22 to $6.01 was enough for me. Good luck!

The drive-through staff was super polite and very flexible with our order, offering us knives and forks if we needed them given that we put the eggs in a different container was really great
