Never again will I ever come thier in the morning the white male with the Detroit tattoo on his arm who works the morning shift tried to fight a customer and threaten to physically put him out and was constantly cursing and yelling in front on my children all because he was asked why he couldn’t take a 100$ bill ,Tim Hortons it’s very sad that your heading to a downfall of the company and I see why because of employees treating loyal customers like this it’s sickening the customer did nothing wrong but stick up for him self

Sad to say I will no longer be going to Tim Hortons. I have been a customer for years and go six days a week to get a medium coffee and donut before work. Today I went and it was $6.01 for a medium coffee and donut. I read their sign talking about how they have to raise prices AGAIN due to the increase of costs for paper products, however the inflation bit is old and being used by every establishment as an excuse to over-inflate prices to the point they will lose customers. This has been used since Covid began and it’s been five years now and to me it’s simply greed. I can no longer spend my hard earned income on a place that takes advantage of “inflation” in 2025, when it’s been here for four years. I will be making my own coffee from here on out. Very sad. You will lose customers, we can only take so much before we decide enough is enough. Going from $4.22 to $6.01 was enough for me. Good luck!

Stand at the counter for 10 minutes. Guess I wore my invisible suit today. Back Out the door we go.
I stop at this Tim Hortons 5 times a week or so. The staff is always very nice, the service is speedy and the food order is correct. I’d like to give an additional shout out to the morning crew (520am) shift. There is a guy and girl who are always on top of it especially for their regulars. They see you pull in and they start your order and always have a smile on their face. Great experience every time.

Updating my review from 1 star four years ago to 5 stars. What a difference! The morning crew is top notch. They are extremely fast. Can't say the same about the evening crew, however. At other restaurants, seeing a line in the drive thru before work usually means I won't have time, but not this Tim Hortons. They get people in and out very quickly, it's actually quite impressive. Keep up the great work Owen Road!

The staff make this a great Tim Hortons! They were very friendly and super helpful. They made my order and made sure it got mY approval. Itt wasn't very busy, so they may not have that time when it is busy. The only down side is that it is located in a gas station. Which doesn't allow for much room to sit and other people going in and out all the time. The single person restrooms aren't great either.
