I called this place 5 times to know if they had the specific ice cream my gf wanted before I left the house. I get there and pull up as I call them again just to make sure their phone works and while I'm walking in I see the employee just chilling on his phone. And they also didn't have what I came there for. Waste of gas for no reason when all they had to do was answer the phone.

Very small, skimpy 2-scoop Sunday. Half the size of the photo. I was the only customer, they were not busy. Now I know why. Never will go here again.

The staff could barley understand English, which is fine but can be annoying. We then purchase 5 different ice cream options. My daughter who's 5 even said there something wrong with the ice-cream it doesn't taste good. I then ordered a milkshake. Which was literally just milk, there was almost no ice-cream. It wasn't a shake at all just a flavor milk. Which was not what I was praying for. The donuts tasted old unfortunately as well. I don't think I'll be going back. We had 7 people with us and only 2 people thought this place was just okay, but they also said we would rather go to dg down the road.

The girl working only knew how to make sundaes so we ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes togo. We were charged $33. We open lids when we got home and they each had about a teaspoon of chocolate sauce on them, not hot fudge. I called to complain to a manager which ended up being the same girl who worked the counter that you can't understand. After 3 times saying excuse me, she was trying to say Baskins yep thats right, Baskins is expensive an our hot fudge is watery. Moral of my expensive night with horrible ice cream. Go elsewhere.
It was SUPER EXPENSIVE and they only had half the options available. I do not recommend going here

We have gave this place 3 chances and will never go back. Every time there is something. Today we waited 10 minutes at the menu. The lady in front if us only ordered a kids scoop. We tried to order cookie dough which is a popular flavor but was rudely told they don't sell it. The other times they were more expensive then other Baskin Robin's and smaller portion. I live close but I'll drive further away to get my Baskin Robin's. The owner should just pack up shop now cause flat rock is a small town that is not going to put up with lazy workers and price gouging. Especially since people talk. I know a lot that won't be going back.

This place is never open during their posted hours. I’ve visited a few times, the door says open till 11 yet Google says open till 10. The times I’ve visited were well before 10. The drive-thru signs and lights still on, store lights still on. We sat at the speaker for 5 mins with no response but employees with their headsets still on were behind the window. Front door closed. Either the employees don’t feel like working or the manager/owner needs to update their posted business hours. Hard to give an accurate review when you can’t even order food.

Only people in there and staff told us to wait while she wiped between all the ice cream containers.Then ordered our over priced frozen dairy treats and they got it wrong.I was disappointed that after taking my order and handling money she grabbed the cone with unwashed hands.Go somewhere else if yoI can.
