Amazingly huge pretzels! The service was great. My boys were so excited to find this gem. Especially after we found out our local pretzel place has gone out of business. Came from out of the area and was surprised to find out it is inside Meijer.

Had them cater for our wedding last October and it was a huge hit! Husband and I (prior to covid) would also get pretzel sticks every time we go grocery shopping as well! So glad they’re reopened now

Terrible service from the bigger man w/ glasses. Dropped our change on the counter, didn’t say anything, didn’t talk the entire time. Handed us our pretzels , not in a bag, w/ a lot of attitude, tossed our cheese on the table, he was snappy, he was rude, I definitely will not be returning here & that’s very disappointing. You need to handle this man!

On my way out the door from grocery shopping I stopped at Ben's to grab a $5 meal deal that they have advertised on the wall because I felt that it was such a great deal! The cashier told me it was for October (this was on November 10th around noon) I told her the sign is literally right there, she got kind of an attitude and said "well there's no way I can do it" I said "okay fine I will still get the meal but maybe you guys should take down the sign" I paid got my food and drink and the pretzel was amazing as always. I just wish the sign would have been removed or atleast honored the price that is posted on the wall. The sign is still up at this moment 2 days later..... You would think the sign would have been taken down...

I left a very similar review for the Ben's Soft Pretzels in Taylor. The pretzels are delicious but it seems like the only type of pretzel ever available is the original salted pretzel. All I wanted was a cinnamon sugar pretzel but there were only salted pretzels available. I was told that there was no more dough so they couldn't make an unsalted pretzel. Like it's sister store in Taylor, the worker told me the salt can be picked off but at least in Taylor the worker offered to do it for me. Those salted pretzels are made with huge sea salt crystals and the flavor can still be tasted even after they're picked off, along with the ones that are hidden in between the folds. Why can't they have salted and unsalted stocked? Is that the most difficult thing to do? I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to request a cinnamon sugar pretzel because it's on the menu. 1 star for taste, that's the only reason why it received one.

Burnt on the bottom. Over all very dried out. Dont know how long they were sitting before I purchased. Very disappointed. Never that way before. Too expensive to have to throw away because they arent edible.

Since when can you hold PretzeIs? I went to get 2 pretzels today all you had in the case, and the kid said they are sold and on hold. And then I asked if he can cook 2 more and have them on hold for me and said No I can't do that. So is the 4pm guy on Sunday today playing Favorites to people? If someone else can have pretzels on hold I should be able to! Rude kid!
