Diane you have wonderful employees that deserve a huge pat on the back the girl who was working went above and beyond knowing I was sick and gave me just a little extra honey in my tea this morning with out even asking! Kinda hit or miss, I do not use the drive thru, because you have to check your order, and I hate to say it been wrong every time, and not being a smart ass I will talk slow and they will tap the hell out of the screen and repeat back to you something different,

Stopped at the BIGGBY Coffee in Flat Rock this morning as my usual BIGGBY stop was still not open after 6:10 am. Well, I’ll be frequenting the Flat Rock location from now on! Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in the door, quick service, and I believe it was the owner, gave me a stack of coupons to give to the teachers at my school! Excellent experience overall!!

Need to preface this by saying that some of the BEST service I’ve had was at this location prior. But lately- rude and absolutely the worst service. Today- I was told that coupons were only given on Wednesday. Ironic- the entire staff had given me coupons prior and on any day of the week. I tip well and couldn’t even get a “thank you” for my three dollar tip for one drink. Absolutely wil not be back and it sad because for a small town- we don’t have many choices. Save your sanity- go to Starbucks on west rd. The owner could also care less and I’ve seen her be rude to employees. Make sure you go on Wednesday if you want coupons 🤦🏻♀️

This biggby is one of the best locations!! Me and my boyfriend get coffee here just about every morning. The staff there is always so friendly and they make our order perfect every time!!

First time ever going to a Biggby and never again I was the only customer I did get greeted stood at the counter nobody ever tried to take my order… a lady walked in after me standing there for about 5 mins and took her order before she got all the way through the door lol 0-10 don’t recommend

Sat for 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cold coffees (which were supposed to be cold) the one was made good but the other was water! Went inside to just tell them and the cashier was cocky and rude! I stopped going for a YEAR then finally went back. Same crap attitude when I all was doing was letting them know the cold brew was weak and my shot of espresso wasnt added either. I went back to just see if I would still be treated like I was last time and the answer is YES! I always tip when most don't and I'm never rude. I use to love this spot and would refuse to go ANYWHERE else but not anymore sadly.
