Incredible dine-in and take out Chinese cuisine with fast, friendly service. Lots of tasty, fresh options. The shrimp is beautifully cooked and the loose leaf tea delightful. They have plenty of vegetarian options, too!

Bad service, didn't eat the food due to receiving wrong order, yet was still charged as both my wife and I meals sat nearly untouched as we stopped eating upon realizing we had the wrong food. No other customers in the restaurant at the time. Update and reply to owner... it's difficult to make staff aware of error when I never saw one again after our food was delivered until I had to stand up at your counter to wait 5 minutes in am empty restaurant to pay for a meal I didn't eat. You should have done the decent thing and NOT CHARGED for an uneaten meal. Also, your waitstaff should return to customers table to inquire about food and quality. It's not my job to track you down.

Almond chicken came with a brown sauce with onions in it. No almond flavor except for the few sliced almonds on my chicken. Luckily I always order sauce on the side. My mom ordered General Chicken selected vegetable rice for $6 extra and got half the rice and chicken that I did.

$63 for 1 dinner, 2 spring rolls (supposed to be)some steamed dumplings and crab delight? Never again. Spring rolls were mushy, dumplings were fried not steamed, crab delight was sour and runny, the chicken was chewy and tough. What happened to this place? You can only order online with zero options. I didn't even get a full order of chicken fried rice. and the White rice that is supposed to come with the meal was missing. Just awful If i could give ZERO stars I would. Never again.

im sure the new owner is doing their best; food costs are up for business owners just as well as they are for us. must be understanding of this. i got shrimp lo mein and fried rice, noodles and shrimp were great, wish the rice had a little more favor but its without meat so makes sense! yes food is a bit expensive, but people need to consider how the cost of ingredients have risen. these are small businesses owners, not large corporations, please give them a break!

New Owners. So disappointed. Its like going to a steak house and getting McDonalds. Ordered Sweet and sour chicken and. An almond chicken. Pork in the egg rolls not enough sauce to cover the food Sauce was used to dip chicken in because there wasn't enough to pour over the meal. Portions are half the size as previous owner. But mores expensive. Definitely not going back . This has been my go to place for 15+ years. So disappointed

The new owner has had the place about a year. There was a sign on the door they are looking for kitchen help. I was a little worried but It was good. I hope she can find the help she needs to keep the business going. I had Szechuan chicken, it was very good. The hot and sour soup was good with several large fresh mushrooms.

Good Food. Prices seem a bit high but that could be said of everywhere anymore. Almond Chicken Combination Plate was good. Service good as well. Been part of Flat Rock since 1996 and it's been a great addition to the many other places to dine. Yes there is the dine-in option unlike mant other chinese places who are only to go now.
