Ordered bagel sandwich witch was chewy. Hashbrowns tasted funny. .. gross.. Wanted a coke with meal, couldn't get it..I don't drink coffee. Got a half a dozen donuts didn't have chocolate cream sticks. First time being there. What a disappointment

Terrible customer service. Just bought two tumblers not even an hour ago and wanted to exchange them for the colors they had and was told No. They are the exact same cups. Ask to speak to the manager guy behind the counter kept coming up with excuses then he finally called. Wouldn't let me speak to him only stated "he said no we don't do exchanges". Just ridiculous all over a cup that's FROM DUNKIN DONUTS JUST A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Again, Terrible customer service will not be returning.

Me and my family walked in i was going to get donuts my wife and daughter wanted ice cream.They were helped right away i had a worker standing right in front of me completely ignored me for over 3 minutes. He looked at me plenty of times while he was making coffee. There were also 2 other employees working the drive thru so the guy that was over on the dignity section should have been able to help me but decided not toIt wasn't until my wife and daughter got served and i made a loud comment or 2 about how i love being ignored and not getting servedFinally after 4 minutes at least the guy who helped my wife and daughter at the ice cream section came over and got my doughnutsWon't ever come back in here againIt's no wonder Dunkin doughnuts are dropping like flies and going out of business seeing the experience i had i would not blink an eye if they shut down and would smile the employees there do need to be employed acting like that

Order is wrong 85% of the time. I'm tired of calling or going back to get my order fixed. I shouldn't have to make 2 trips to get a correct item.
Came in on 3-20-24 at 5:10am and ordered a everything bagel w/cream cheese and an extra large coffee. Received a sesame bagel so stale that the only way to eat it was to dunk it in my coffee to soften it up. Also rcved a large coffee instead of an extra large that I paid for and was told that they didnt have any extra large cups(though that didnt stop them from charging me for an XL). I come to this DD all the time but may have to rethink the TH's across the road. Maybe this is why the TH across the road always has a long drive thru line
