Order is wrong 85% of the time. I'm tired of calling or going back to get my order fixed. I shouldn't have to make 2 trips to get a correct item.

Came in on 3-20-24 at 5:10am and ordered a everything bagel w/cream cheese and an extra large coffee. Received a sesame bagel so stale that the only way to eat it was to dunk it in my coffee to soften it up. Also rcved a large coffee instead of an extra large that I paid for and was told that they didnt have any extra large cups(though that didnt stop them from charging me for an XL). I come to this DD all the time but may have to rethink the TH's across the road. Maybe this is why the TH across the road always has a long drive thru line

went to DD on Telegraph road in Flatrock this morning around 6:50am and only requested one item a breakfast sandwich. I made the order and arrived at the window and he handed it to me. once I arrived at work it was clear this sandwich was from yesterday. it was extremely dry and reheated. REALLY.... DONE WITH THIS DUNKIN. back to the one on SIBLEY.

I’ve only ever been in around 2-8pm usually and the nice man working has always taken my order he is a sweetheart give him a raise!!! He always makes my stuff amazing and is always so very kind no matter how big my order is or how many times I add something. Typically at other stores I get lots of attitude or they mess it up but not here ❤️❤️❤️❤️ keep up the amazing work!!!
Ordered a plain egg. I saw the worker drop the plate on the ground, picked up the plate and put the egg on it. Handed it to me in a bag. I had to tell them I saw the plate drop on the ground, you put it back on the counter, likely contaminating the counter then trying to give it to me.

Absolutely ridiculous. I mean they're not busy at all. Nowhere near like Tim Hortons so you would think they could come in the hours that they are supposed to and make some money. I hate tht this is the only one that has my drink near my house

This is not ok… Guy inside is changing trash, making coffee, wiping down counters, taking money, grabbing donuts all with the same gloves on. This is how people get sick.Cross contamination is not a concern here.
