This Jets is GREAT!! The food is always cooked the way we want. We always get the same order cooked a certain way and they nail it every time. The workers are always polite and friendly to us even when they are on the move. The kitchen activity is seen from the counter so it’s easy to see these kids keep it clean and organized.

Usually a very good experience here the food quality is good, customer service is good but they really dropped the ball today. While I was on a limited time frame 1 hour lunch break from 6pm-7pm today on 10/20/25 I ordered just 1 Large Deep Dish BBQ Chicken Pizza and used a coupon code for it to be $17.45. On the phone app it said pickup by 6:04pm. I arrived at 6:05pm and there were only 3 others in the lobby. By 6:15pm I got to the counter to pay / pickup the 1 pizza and they have my name and the total owed with the coupon but say they can't find the pizza anywhere and then they tell me that it never got made. So I said I don't have time unfortunately to wait so I'll just take a refund and go somewhere else at this point. In the time it took to get a refund 5-6 others walked in and by the time I got the refund and back to work without any food/lunch I was now late returning to work from my lunch break and never got any food. The lady who gave the refund told me the order never printed on their end but if that were true then how would they have my name and the total amount owed with the coupon code I placed? that makes no sense to me. Very bad experience today and doubtfully returning to this location again after this.

We were surprised by late night guests tonight so we offered a possible pizza. Jets was still open and close...even though it was late and I'm sure they wanted to go home....their pizza and service both on the phone and delivery driver couldn't of been more perfect. Thank you guys so much for the extra cheese I requested...and the utmost service from everyone

I love this Jets pizza location!! I picked up pizza this evening, and all the staff went over and above to help me with my order. They were extremely kind and the pizza and salad were delicious!! If you want pizza, get it here! Best pizza place in all downriver!!
