This is the worst JJ’s I ever been to. Freaky slow and they can’t even read the words on the bag of chips. 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting and I never even got my food.

Last week , I ordered a sub from jimmy john's call the Gragantuan sub the service of getting the sub delivered to my place was perfect. But once I got the sub I ate about 3 bites of it, I noticed that the meat was sour and had a smell to it, I called them up I requested a refund. I have not gotten my refund back onto my card, I am very disappointed of Jimmy John's. I always liked their subs, but this time. I'm not gonna like them with no more.I'm taking a new route and I'm going to Jersey.Mike's a very disappointed that I did not get to service that I got I did nothing wrong.I'm still waiting for my refund and I never got it still to this day.

Freaky slow. Like crazy slow. I'm still sitting at the drive thru when window as I write this. Ordered a number 5. Was told it was $9 dollars and a some change. They told me I had a coupon that would save me $6. I said sure. They then told me my total was $6 and some change. After 10 minutes. They came back to the window and said I ordered a number 5 right? And I said ya. They said it would be just a few more minutes. Hopefully I get this soon.

Pathetic mismanaged location On 6/10/25 arriving in store at 1:39 1:49 the same two people who were ahead of me were still waiting gave up on getting my sandwich I already paid for and had chips and a drink for lunch
Anything but freaky fast. Placed an order online, waited until order was ready, and still waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window all while my bag of food was there on the counter. Numerous workers kept walking by but the only one that helped was the person making all the sandwiches

This visit reminds me of why i order online, i guess my biggest complaint is watch This guys super immature also this place was dirty anyway the thing that topped it off was the guy with a huge fro just preparing food like hes never heard of a hair net or a hat. Pretty gross to think his hair might have been in my sandwich.

I don't go there anymore. Due to one day I wasn't able to drive.. I called to get a delivery and they said I would have to go through a 3 rd party. So I will no longer go anymore. So what about freaky fast delivery ?
