Just moved from Newport to Carleton and was looking forward to the Flat Rock drive instead of Monroe. Ordered the 10pc meal and as soon as we got ready to dig into our food we could see and smell it wasn't like we were expecting 🙄 They need to change the oil more often and not serve leftovers from yesterday! The mashed potatoes were too thick and the gravy was too. I think I'm going to try to get a refund or a free 10 pc meal for this!

They never make anything right. Went tonight to try the new dunkin bucket and they just threw random sauces in the bag... was kind of the whole point of trying it but ok. We hardly ever get all the items ordered even after the person on the other end of the speaker confirms. Over it.

Prices have gotten too expensive and food is not as good as it was 20 years ago. The strips are my favorite but it's all pretty good just not for the amount they charge.

This is not only the worst run/staffed KFC in the area, but worst run/staffed fast food location PERIOD within a 15 mile radius. Employees will ignore 2/3 customers waiting to place order or ask question and the girl is just visibly in the back talking to her friend showing each other their phones. They will also laugh at you while telling you to pull forward for your order because it's not ready yet, with no one in line. Will tell you 2 minute wait then have you waiting 10-15 minutes for a side. Who ever runs this store needs to be fired.

This has been our Thanksgiving dinner for the past 3 years, since my husband passed. This year was the worst! Order online, never again. Nowhere on the menu does it say small/tiny sides. What a joke! And nowhere does it say biscuits are now extra! Never be back again! Worst Thanksgiving EVER!
Time to try Church's Chicken... The mashed potato's were super thin almost runny. The chicken was rubbery and the one thing that was good? The biscuits. And those I really could not enjoy either because i asked for Honey to put on them and after being told yes we will be sure to put some in I get all the way home and Not a single package was in the bag. Poor service leads to franchise failure.... Won't miss this place much..

This is the 2nd time I placed an order an hour before you close and you canceled my order because you didn't have the product cooked and ready for your paying customers! The money will not be back in my account for days and that was all I had to get dinner, for real, you should be ashamed.
