My food was fresh AND fast the employees were kind and understanding helping me navigate on how to make my big messy order cheaper this is my favorite fast food chain because of the employees alone keep it up ;)

Ordered 2 2pices meals original and got crispy instead it was flavor less. just nasty. The girl taking orders wasn't even listening to or order asked for an extra coleslaw and a side of corn when we got to the widow she asked what sides we wanted then tried not to give us or extra sides but charged us for them vary unsatisfied I wouldn't go here if you want good chicken

I don’t like how if seems that every time I go there all the workers seem stressed out and they’re all a bunch of teenagers, so I just don't get why anyone putting insane pressures on them. They're just teenagers and it doesn’t seem to help them out.

First off, the girl in the drive through was so rude. Zero customer service skills. Couldn’t have been more dismissive. Hand us the order and say, “Everything is in there.” Got home and guess what. We were missing stuff. This place always gets the order wrong, the staff is rude, customer service is terrible.

The girl at the front counter was so nice and polite! I wasn’t able to trade out the strawberry and crème poppers in a meal for a biscuit but she gave it to me anyway! so nice ☺️

I've given this place so many attempts and every single time that I've gone they are always out of everything. No drumsticks, no wings, no thighs. It's always something. I really don't know how this place stays in business. Not to mention the attitude of their workers is ridiculous. Honestly I think it would be better off just to shut this place down

Just moved from Newport to Carleton and was looking forward to the Flat Rock drive instead of Monroe. Ordered the 10pc meal and as soon as we got ready to dig into our food we could see and smell it wasn't like we were expecting 🙄 They need to change the oil more often and not serve leftovers from yesterday! The mashed potatoes were too thick and the gravy was too. I think I'm going to try to get a refund or a free 10 pc meal for this!
