@corporate yall needs fix everything there! I just waiting 25+ minutes spent over 20 bucks and I didn't get my full order. On top of it! Every car got there order within 5 mins At the windows as I sat in number 1 for drive thru! Over 15 cars too!!! McDonald's lost a valuable customer goodbye!!!!

Last time I went threw the drive thru they had me pull up to wait for my food. Then proceeded to FORGET I WAS EVEN THERE! Ended up backing up to the window after 20 mins of waiting. I'll never "pull up" to wait again. They need to stop offering curbside pick up because every time I use it they screw up your order OR DUMP ALL YOUR FOOD IN THE BAG! take the time and go to a different location!!!!

I placed my order at 10:40 for breakfast online to go pick it up I got to the drive thru at 11:04 and they told me they couldn’t do my order because breakfast ends at 11 when I had already paid for it

They don't take your order in drive-through in the order you arrive. Took 2 others that got to other speaker after telling me to wait.

Wow McDonald's really?? This is how you guys do customers? Literally just a ketchup burger.. like this looks ridiculous like somebody obviously was playing around way too much How do you serve this to people literally looks like a crime scene.. tried calling up to the store twice nobody answers the phone freaking ridiculous

I have never been through a McDonald's where I only had to tap my brakes once, once to shout my order and once to pay and I didn't even have to stop to get the food could not believe it fastest McDonald's ever amazing if you want to comparison go to livernois and 96 or Schaefer and Grand River these people would knock the clocks off those employees
