Waited in the drive through with in not moving for a while so I started a stop watch on my phone. After 12 full minutes of the drive through not moving at all someone ahead of me pulled out and left which allowed me room to pull into the escape lane and leave. I felt sorry for people in parking spots that could not get out because the drive through was backed up and blocking the parking spots. I have never seen it this bad. Come on guys get it together.

This used to be a great place to grab food after working a 13 hour shift. In the last 6-8 months, it has gone way downhill. They make your food wrong and no one is friendly anymore. They get an attitude when I asked to please make sure the order was right because it hadn’t been. Surprise…it still wasn’t. I’m done with this place.

food was great. i’m not the type to complain like that ever. i came in 1/11/26 around 11:10 pm and the girl with a beanie and glasses was VERY rude to the point where i said “im sorry i don’t like the way you talked to me” and ignored me and i said “thank you” when she handed it to me and she proceeded to shut the window on me and roll her eyes. don’t understand the need to be so nasty to people who were so nice to you? sad.

OMG
Beware they changed what's in the Lux boxs. A $9 box used to have 3 entries and cinnamon crisps. Now it's a chlupia (ever how you spell it) and dipping burritos (new) and cinnamon crisps. Less food same price.

I will say I go here and have been for years but let me say the new worker are horrible… mostly the purple / pink haired girl one of the most rudest person I have met , as someone who works in customer service the way she treated use was absolutely unacceptable didn’t tell us anything throw are food at us and slammed the window and as struggled with ai didn’t try helping once and got annoyed when we asked for the 5th time .. please take a look at who ur hiring . This was dec 29 at 11:38 pm and our food was horrible and cold and fell apart the second I picked it up
Also our food was horrible wrapped normally when I go a guy is working and I love him so sweet and always talks to me .

I order quite often for my family and I and never have any issues unless the purple haired girl is working. We order the same thing every time and never have any problems. It almost seems like she doesn't want to do her job. Considering switching taco bell locations

Pulling up to the speaker A.I now takes your order. It was rough. It kept asking me what I wanted to drink and I kept saying nothing and it ran through every drink until I asked it to start over. At the end it asked me to ensure to order appeared correct, but the screen was broken. Finally a real human chimed in and asked if I wanted her to read back my order. At the window the worker gave me the wrong pop. Once home, I opened my mexican pizza. It looked a bit over cook but not bad. 1 might and I almost lost it. Omg, I am not picky and this shut my appetite right down. I tried the other side hoping something was salvagable. No 👎. Please fix whatever made this taste so terrible. Like a over cooked, burn kernel or something. Pretty underwhelming food and experience. Yuck 🤮

Just wanted to say this location is always PERFECT! My food is always exactly how I expect it and they have a great team! I Just went through for some lunch and as always they were so nice and my food was ready when I got to the window and they even gave me some Halloween goodies in my bag with my taco 🤧😭😭 they are the best taco bell I go to and I always will go out of my way to that location purposely because I know my order will always be spot on! Thanks guys!!!

Last week I ordered a Lux Box and half of it was missing. Decided to give them another try tonight and my Cherry Pepsi wasn’t even Cherry Pepsi—it tasted and looked like the syrup was out. Instead of asking if I wanted something else, they just handed it to me like that. Two bad experiences in a row is really disappointing.

This new AI ordering is ridiculous. If you can't hire people smart enough to take an order then you might as well shut down. Food was cold and the people working there are just as bad. Who does your hiring? SMH
