This new AI ordering is ridiculous. If you can't hire people smart enough to take an order then you might as well shut down. Food was cold and the people working there are just as bad. Who does your hiring? SMH

This location has some of the least capable people i have ever talked too. They ignore you at the counter after they messed your order up. Then that act like fixing their mistake is an issue for them. And this is after they all looked at me made eye contact then ignored me for 10 minutes.

A-I is at dine out speaker. Not perfected and only knows to order, forget the side items. Go inside to order on computer, does not have extra items. Open bag and my taco shells are mush and can not be eaten. Always check order for you drive away from window

DO AWAY WITH Ai ORDERING!!! Ai taking orders is ruining this location. Slows everything down & never places the order accurately. I was at McDonalds prior with humans taking the order & they got 5X’s the amount of cars through in same amount of time it took ONE using Ai. Hire HUMANS. The real Taco Bell workers were awesome.

Employees are rude. They get irritated with you for not knowing their “proper menu” while trying to order all because of the robot, not my fault you guys can’t handle taking orders AND pouring drinks. Dont ever pay extra for anything because you’ll pay extra to get NONE. Not to mention how DISGUSTING and DIRTY it is inside. This place went downhill since Cameron left and it shows! Whoever the new manager is PLEASE get your staff in check!!!

It's a taco bell. They are pretty quick and have been quitr friendly. So one of the better taco bells I have been too.
Vegetarian options: You can get just about any dish in a vegetarian option but substituting beans for meat isnt that great unless you like the flavor of plain beans.

useless. rude. lazy incompetent and slow is the only feelings I have about this location. if you order a mobile order just make sure it tells you the time or when it will be ready. I sat in the line for a good 25 minutes just for her to tell me it was going to be an extra 40 minutes for them to make five soft tacos And going about a refund is difficult as hell .. as for the staff, just miserable as if you ask them to apply. you hate your job. sounds like a personal problem. I hate your job too. Go cry about it on your personal time, but in the meantime do what you're getting paid for.
